the origins
I'll be very honest in the last author's note of this book— I didn't plan to finish this book.
Yep, you heard it right. I had a totally different idea at the beginning of this story, with the same characters but not a hint of fantasy mixed with it. It was a teen fic prompt of ONC 2022 that made me want to morph my original idea into this lovely story :D
This book began as an ONC Novella but owing to my procrastinating butt and busy schedule, I was unable to keep up with the deadlines and word counts, so I was automatically out of the race... 🥲
However, I decided to continue the storyline for a few readers I had gathered, through this book.
BUT, I hardly gained any new readers over the next few weeks and my old readers had also left Wattpad, so I decided to discard this story and write another book based on my original plot and storyline without any witchy magic 🧹✨
