So basically this is after nwh but Tony didn't die and Peter restored his relationships with everyone, which took a while but he finally did. All of the events that took place in nwh still happened so obviously Aunt May is dead in this. Because May is dead Peter moved into the avengers compound and Tony basically became his dad.
