Chapter 18: Whispers of Siblinghood

The news of a new sibling brought a wave of excitement and anticipation to the Twilight Palace. Luna, the center of attention since her birth, now stood on the precipice of a new chapter in her young life---a chapter marked by the arrival of a little brother. 

Zant and Cleo, aware of the need to help Luna understand this significant change, decided to share the news with her in a way that would make her feel included and excited about becoming a big sister. 

One evening, in Luna's playroom adorned with twilight-colored toys, Zant and Cleo sat down with their daughter. Luna, surrounded by plush toys and colorful blocks, looked up at her parents with bright eyes, unaware of the news they were about to share.

Cleo began with a gentle smile, "Luna, sweetheart, there's something special we want to tell you. You know how much Mommy and Daddy love you right?"

Luna nodded, a small grin forming on her face. "Yes, I know! You love me a lot!"

Zant chimed in, "That:s absolutely right, Luna. And because we love you so much, we have some exciting news to share. You're going to be a big sister." 

Luna's eyes widened with surprise, and she looked between her parents. "Big sister? What does that mean?"

Cleo chuckled, "Being a big sister means you get to help take care of a little baby. You'll be the best big sister ever!"

Zant added, "You'll have a little brother, Luna. Someone you can play with, share toys with, and watch grow just like you did." 

Luna tilted her head, processing the information. "Little brother?" she repeated, trying to grasp the concept. 

Cleo nodded, "Yes, a little brother. It's like having a new friend who will be part of our family. Won't that be fun?" 

To make the idea more tangible, Cleo reached for a small plush toy resembling a baby and handed it to Luna. "This is like your little brother. You can take care of it, play with it, and show it all the love you have in your heart." 

Luna held the plush toy, her eyes wide with curiosity. "Little brother toy?" she asked, testing the concept. 

Zant smiled, "Exactly, Luna. And when the real little brother comes, you'll be his big sister, just like how you take care of your toys.* 

Cleo hugged Luna gently, "We're so happy to share this with you, sweetheart. You're going to be an amazing big sister, and we'll all be a loving family together." 

Luna, still processing the idea, hugged the plush toy, a glimmer of excitement in her eyes. "Big sister Luna," she whispered, trying out the new title. 

Zant and Cleo exchanged a glance, content in knowing that Luna, with time, would grow into her role as a big sister, bringing more love and laughter to their growing twilight family. The whispers of sibling hood had begun, and the tapestry of their shared destiny continued to weave its intricate pattern in the heart of the Twilight Palace.
