File 1: Green

As the "New Game" is selected, the lights turn on as we a man named Prof. Oak.

Prof. Oak: Hello there and welcome to the world of Pokémon. My name is Professor Oak. I'm often referred to as the Professor of Pokémon. There are some very interesting creatures that inhabit this world. And, as you may be aware, they are known the world over quite simply as Pokémon.

Professor Oak snaps his fingers, showing many Pokémon he studies about.

Prof. Oak: For some people, Pokémon are pets. While other people enjoy using them for battle. We find ourselves coexisting in various styles.

Professor Oak pulls out a Pokéball from his lab coat pocket and an Eevee comes out from it beside him near his leg.

Prof. Oak: Are you interested in learning about this Pokémon world? I'll be your guide for a story of dreams and adventures. Now, world of Pokémon awaits. Let's get started.

The scene transitions to a battle between a Nidorino and a Gengar, then we see a girl named Green watching the battle on her tv in her bedroom.

Green's Mom: Green, are you there? Green.

We then see Green's mom downstairs holding some groceries.

Green: Yea, mom?

Green's Mom: I ran into Professor Oak this morning and he gave me a message for you. He wants you to go to his lab as soon as possible.

Green: Professor Oak?

Green's Mom: He said he finally finished that thing he was telling you about. So-

Before Green's mom could say anything else, Green suddenly bursts out through her bedroom door all excited, but then falls down the stairs and near her mom's feet.

Green's Mom: Are you okay, honey?

Green then gets up from the fall.

Green: Yea, I'm ok.

Green's Mom: You really should be more careful.

Green: Alright. I'll see you later, mom.

Green puts on her hat and then runs out the house, while her mom then smiles with a chuckle. Green is then seen running in her hometown Pallet Town.

Green: (Finally, finally it's done.)

Green then arrives at Professor Oak's lab, when she also sees her rival Blue showing up as well.

Green: Blue.

Blue: Hey there, Green. Let me guess, did gramps tell you too?

Green: Yea, I heard it's done.

Blue: Sorry, but I'm going to go in first.

Blue then rushes to the door with Green following him. In the lab, we see some other scientists and they then hear and see Green and Blue barging in, but also shoving each other.

Blue: Get off of me, would ya?!

Green: You're the one who pushed me!

Green and Blue are then locked in hand in hand.

Prof. Oak: What's all the ruckus about?

Green and Blue then hear Professor Oak and they look over to him.

Green: Professor Oak!

Blue: Gramps!

Green and Blue run over to Professor Oak.
