"Is it Jun?" Chao Xing asked her
"No... it's just seventeen"
"Like no big deal" Hua said laughing "but he doesn't text you at all?" Mei shook her head
"He's being a dick" Chao Xing said rolling her eyes "I don't wanna be the bad cop but is this what you want? For the last what? 2 months he's being all suspicious of you"
"I won't quit after some bad months. He's Jun... he doesn't has a bad bone on his body. Just a jealous one"
"Have you tried call him?" Hua asked
"For what? He's was about to insult me or say something he would regret."
"And you're gonna live like that? You two need to talk. For real."
"And tomorrow I have a plane to catch. With him" she closed her eyes and leaning into her chair " that's gonna be fun"
"Wanna borrow a book from me?" Chao Xing asked her
The next day, Mei left the taxi not knowing if Jun was there or he coward up and went to Korea first.
The people were boarding when Mei saw Jun getting already sitting. She didn't look at him and just sat in her seat.
They didn't spoke all the way to Korea, Mei did tried to read the book but she couldn't get trough the first page.
Getting off the airport, they parted ways. Jun glanced at Mei getting inside the taxi before going home.
The house was quiet so he assumed they must out, his head was throbbing from all the ignoring he made towards Mei. He felt like he lost years of life in the travel.
"Oh you're home" Minghao said " I just got here this morning. The house is empty but they're alive... I called them"
"Did everything went well?"
"Yeah and for you two?"
"Came a single man" Jun throw his suitcase to the floor "she's cheating. I saw a text "
"What? Mei?! What was the text?"
"Her boss asking her if she was free"
"And her answer?"
"Don't need to know I just broke thing off and left"
"Just like that?" Minghao narrow her eyes
"You wanted me to stay there and see their talks?"
"I wanted you to stay there and listen to her and not take conclusions without knowing the whole story. You're doing what dispatch does."
"I'm not. You would do the same thing!"
"No, I would sit down hear her side of the story and then I would leave"
"She just would lie to me...."
"I can't believe Mei would cheat on you, really.... You do you. I just hope you don't regret your choices"
Meanwhile Mei was also with her psychologist.
"Haeri, he broke because of a text! Who does that? Like it's my fault my boss texted me"
"You have to admit the text is strange... is you boss flirting with you or something?"
"Hmm I don't think so. He's just friendly, he is like that to any employee."
Haeri hugged her because she saw her tears eyes and knew Mei needed support "cry all of it baby. I'm here.... We'll find a solution"
After the cry session, Mei eyes were so red and puffy that Haeri told her to sleep there instead of driving and going home.
All night Jun thought about the words Minghao said to him, making him wondered if he was unfair to Mei and trying to gather his feelings as they been going crazy.
Seventeen noticed that Jun was weird all day but knew better than leaving him alone.
Woozi knew what was happening since Haeri told him Mei was gonna sleep there.
"She's home now " Woozi said passing by him " I just thought you should know"
Late that night,Jun was wandering his room in circles almost making a whole on the ground.
"Fuck this" he said taking his keys and leave the dorms.
3 rings at her door and she appeared, Mei was in her usual comfy clothes at home. The feeling of familiarity and love came rushing to Jun, he even forgot the reason why he broke up.
"What are you doing here?"
"I wanna talk" she open the door
"It's another deja vu" Mei rolled her eyes
"Just tell me the truth..."
"Jun if your gonna acuse me again of cheating leave"
"I wanna know the truth."
"I didn't cheat! Never. I'm so tired of this... we're always fighting about the same shit. I'm gonna ask you this one time. Do you wanna be with me or this is the end?"
"I love you Mei"
"I love you too but don't like this Jun. I don't want this type of jealousy..."
"I know I'm sorry but seeing that text I couldn't think. I thought that maybe you lost interest in me and-"
"I wouldn't. Jun... no one can keep up with psycho Mei. Just you" she cupped his cheeks
"Can we give a try? Again? You're it for me" he looked straight to her eyes "I fucking bought a house for us" he chuckled
"You what?"
"In our hometown. I didn't want to stay in a hotel and I don't like the option sleeping without you" he kissed her forehead
"You're crazy. Was that my present?"
"Happy birthday" now he kisses her lips
"Don't make me angry"
"I won't. Although if I see your boss I'm gonna have a talk with him. Asking my girl if she's free"
"I'm very busy" she smirks lifting his shirt
"Very" he smiled and lift her up before taking her to her room
