1. Meditate for about 10- 15 minutes. You can use a guided meditation.

2. Put yourself in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

3. Repeat "I am" until you feel shifting symptoms. You can say it in your head or out loud.

4. Picture your Dr and repeat I am affirmations such as "I am in my DR" or "I am going feel my DR" until you feel like you've shifted.

5. Once you feel like you've shifted, feel your surroundings without physically moving (list in your head what you hear or smell) before slowly opening your eyes. 


- If it helps, you can also count to 100 while meditating

 - During step 5, you can also visualize your DR.

- Use this either as an awake method or an asleep method.

- This method can be combined with the intent method.
