Before trying any of those method, I recommend to meditate 5-10 mins, to clear your mind, and focus on your DR.
For any of the asleep method, I recommend trying them when you're tired.
You can use guided meditations specialized for shifting. It personally helps me a lot.
You can move while using the method you want to use. What is important is your intent.
You can adjust those methods so they fit you.
You don't always have to lay in starfish position, just have a comfortable position.
Shifting affirmations are phrases like, "I am shifting," or "I am entering my desired reality", but there are various others.
You can listen to subliminals if it helps you.
If you feel your mind drifting while trying a method it's actually good. It means the left side of your brain is shutting down which is great when you try to shift.
