Nuclear Accident Causes Tragedy In Europe - Poem.
In the heart of Britain, where the emerald hills stand,
A quake shook the land, a fate unplanned.
Tectonic forces, relentless and strong,
Unleashed havoc, where shadows grew long.

Beneath the surface, a reactor's hum,
Whirred and pulsed, a dangerous drum.
The quake's cruel dance, a seismic spree,
Shattered the core, setting peril free.

A nuclear tempest, unleashed in the air,
Whispers of death, a despair-laden flare.
Tens of millions, innocence torn,
In the aftermath, a world to mourn.

Radiant clouds, ominous and black,
Swept through the skies, leaving no track.
Chernobyl's ghost, revisited in pain,
A toxic legacy, a nuclear stain.

Nations in mourning, hearts heavy with grief,
A somber requiem for a world in disbelief.
The fallout's embrace, a sinister waltz,
Tainted landscapes, where sorrow exalts.

Silent cities, once bustling with life,
Now echo with silence, a symphony of strife.
Families torn, by the invisible hand,
As Europe weeps, across the ravaged land.

Leaders convene, in desperate debate,
Seeking redemption, a collective fate.
But the Earth, scarred by man's cruel dance,
Whispers a warning, a last-chance lance.

In the ruins of dreams, where hope once thrived,
The story unfolds, of a world deprived.
Lessons to heed, from this tragic ballet,
Guardians of Earth, a plea to obey.

In the aftermath's hush, where shadows persist,
May humanity rise, from the nuclear mist.
A vow to protect, to cherish and mend,
For in unity's strength, our broken world can transcend.
