Trepes (think of Seras as Dracula's blood adopted daughter instead of her being turned upon her death basically *if this Seras will marry Harry and the other girls allowing them to use certain parts of said magic but not all like Seras herself and Harry. Also works extremely well if the Corvinius bloodline is chosen*)

Sirius Black had gone back home after a routine errand, not expecting anything out of the ordinary. However before he could settle down the alarm for Godric's Hollow had gone off causing him to panic but when he arrived he was surprised to find Godric's Hollow empty.
He felt the darkness that had filled the village with dread and he knew something was wrong. He rushed inside the house, calling out for his best friends - James and Lily. However he was met only with silence. After searching for him hoping for his brother in all but blood to still be alive however he found the lifeless body of James but no Lily or Harry.
When he realised how this could've happened he felt nothing but rage, anger and guilt. Rage because he like the others had listened to the old bastard Dumbledore and blamed Remus as well as allowed Albus to both cast the fidelius charm and choose Peter of all people to be the secret keeper.
He had felt anger and guilt towards himself for not putting his foot down when he should have and been the secret keeper himself when Lily had suggested that they use Potter Manor.
What brought him out of his personal thoughts however was when he had heard Harry crying for his mom. If it wasn't for the fact Harry did that Sirius knew he would've definitely get thrown in Azkaban without trial.
So he headed upstairs stepping over Lily and picking up Harry. "Come on pup we need to see uncle mad-eye and let him know what had happened" Sirous said softly but not before packing a few clothes for him that wasn't destroyed or damaged.
The now tired Harry just nods and rests his head on Sirius' shoulder as the two aparate to the ministry where he knew that both Shacklebolt and Mad-eye would be waiting for him.
Time skip
After they had tried Sirius in front of the wizengamot Albus knew he was screwed because he knew it had meant he could no longer get his hands on the Potter fortune. However what had shocked them was when Albus had tried to attack Harry only for the four year old to summon the old man's wand which had then caused the wand to glow a soft golden colour shocking everyone.
"The wand chose the boy" "what could this mean?" Were only two of the questions heard until Sirius spoke up accusing Albus of stealing the wand from Charlus Potter.
When asked if he had proof Sirius smirked and said "because the Potter family are direct descendants of the Peverell family and it was Charlus who ended up with the elder wand. The proof I have is this" he then shows the Potter crest at the bottom of the wand causing more charges to be filed against Albus.
