Backstories:
Kiara grew up always on the road with her mom. It was always a new reason. A crime a boyfriend or her least favorite her dad. Her dad was her least favorite parent. She had many reasons. But he would say many things to her like, you are the worst thing that has happened to me or I wish your mom just gave you up for adoption. He used to take out his anger on her by hitting her. But eventually her mom had enough and they ran away to many places. But eventually when she was about ten or so they moved to OBX. And eventually she met the pogues they had all wanted to be friends with her and they did so. But one had stood out JJ he was her dearest yet closest friend yet she had always felt a little more. Anyway overtime her mom became out of the house a lot. So it was just her. But she had her friends and although she still hot sad every now and then. She was good at putting on an act.
JJs mother left him when he was only one his father would hit him as well as Kiara's. But he would leave scars only worrying the pogues and Kiara a lot. He was never good at talking about his problems so he kept quiet. Kiara only knew. She was all he felt he could really trust. And that was because she was always there for him which made him fill up inside with joy. But he wasn't amazing at love he thought he wasn't enough for her.
