Elena is attempting to paint, she slowly moves a brush along a canvass but ends up groaning in frustration.
Scarlett grabs her arm and helps moves her hand slowly along the canvass
Scarlett: Nice slow strokes, darling.
Elena giggles softly as she moves her hand along the canvass.
Scarlett: You'll be a great artist in no time, Love.
Elena: Maybe.
She tilts her head over her shoulder and kisses her.
Elena: Oh Jenna wants to have dinner with us. She wants to meet you.
Scarlett: W-what? She wants to----um.....
Elena grins widely
Elena: Are you nervous?
Scarlett smiles fakely scratching the back of her head.
Scarlett: N-no.
Elena gives her a look raising her eyebrow
Scarlett: Yes.
Elena smiles shaking her head in amusement
Elena: You're adorable.
Scarlett: I am not adorable.
Elena snakes her arms around her neck still smiing
Elena: Yes.....
She pecks her lips
Elena: You.....
She pecks her lips again
Elena: Are.
Scarlett rolls her eyes playfully and leans down kissing her passionately on the lips, she grabs her hips lifting her up in her arms, lips still moving against each other.
GILBERT HOUSE
Elena and Jenna are preparing dinner while Alaric is setting the table
Alaric: So you ready?
Elena: I am but Scar's nervous.
Jenna: She's 1000 years old. Why is she nervous about dinner?
Elena: She wants to make a good impression and she'll tell you she's not nervous but she's lying.
The front door opens and Jeremy enters and goes to the fridge.
Elena: Just in time! We're cooking.
Jeremy: Sorry, just passing through.
Alaric: Ah, well I thought we would all stay in, Scarlett's coming by to join us.
Jenna: Sit down and join us like a family
Jeremy: But---
Jenna: Sit down. Now!
Jeremy sits down in one of the chairs and rolls his eyes, Jenna slaps him upside the back of the head
Jeremy: OW!!
There's a knock at the door
Elena: That's her
She walks to the door and opens it, Scarlett is on the porch holding a bottle of wine.
Scarlett: Hey I brought wine.
She holds up the wine
Scarlett: 1912. A somewhat good year
Elena smiles taking the bottle as Jenna and Alaric walks up behind her
