"Is the procedure complete?" She hears a woman ask from a further away. The doctor nods at the stranger. "When can she start training ?" The strange woman asks "Immediately." The doctor answered in a heavy German accent. 'Arnim Zola', she reads the name tag on the doctor's coat.

"What did you do to me, where am I ? Take me home!" She says with a weak voice. The last sentence was something she never would've thought she would say "You are Hydra's new project, and we need to get rid of unnecessary organs that will waste valuable time of training, a hysterectomy. Take her to her cell and prepare her for training. This is your new home."

The Hydra agents take her to her cell and give her, her new clothes she'll be training in. She changes into those clothes. It's her first time wearing brand new clothes - since the clothes she had always worn were hand me downs - then they hand her boots and she quickly puts them on.

What is Hydra and what's a hysterectomy she questions herself .

One of the agents grabs her arm and walks with her."Where are you taking me?" She asks them but they ignore her. The woman she saw earlier joins them. "What's your name?" the woman asked her. "Why?" Talia asked . "I need information about you for your chart of the next procedure. Now tell me, what's your name, when were you born, do have any defects?"

"Defects, what do you mean by that?" She asks

The woman sighs "Allergies, chronic illnesses or virusses"
"No, I'm as healthy as an ox!" She answers "So?" The woman asks refering to the question she asked beforehand

"My name is Talia Lynn Madden and I was born on July 21st in 1947."
She said confidently

"What is your name?" She asked the woman "That is classified, but I am your keeper. That means whatever you do and what happens to you I'll be responsible."

"So you are my guardian- as in parent."

"No, I make sure you train and never miss a single day." The woman snaps back "Train? Training for what" Talia asked confused "For a betrayal that will happen eventually." The woman answers her coldly

As they walk they reach the large doors of Hydra's training room. There are agents training but they are not a lot. At least 20 max, 22 with the ones escorting her there and the woman. They're mostly men.
She looks around more hoping to find another girl like her but she the only one "Where are the rest of them" She asked the woman. " These are all of Hydra's agents, we have 23 agents but one is currently not of use, yet." "Why not?" "Because he is one of Hydra's best invention that'll be needed for future threats" The woman explained looking down at Talia.

"Your training starts now. Word of advice -only the best get to survive. Take it as if your life depends on it because it does."
The woman says before she walks away .

Those last words hit her hard.

---------------

The first week of her training has passed and every single muscle on her body aches because of the intense training she had endured the first week.
It's not fun here and she's training almost everyday but atleast it's better than going back home where her entire family doesn't want her. This place has become her home now, Hydra is her new family they saved her -thats what she thought ofc- she was now determined to be the best, better than 'hydra's invention'

She hears knocks on the other side of the door of her cell. It's now become an everyday routine, if she hears those two knocks it's time for training but when she saw the woman she met before as she walked she instantly knew today was not scheduled for training.

"It's time." The woman told her. Time for her next procedure
As she walks alongside the woman to the medbay she gives her clothes to change in for the operation. She goes to change into them quickly

As Talia returns, Dr. Zola instructs her to lie down on the hospital bed and she does just that.
She lies down on the bed and soon the doctor puts an anaesthesia mask over her nose and mouth and she slowly drifts to sleep.

"Are you sure this is gonna work Zola?" the woman asked.
"This prototype is going to save a lot of time unlike the Winter soldier program. One small incision on the back of her neck and she does whatever she's ordered to." he answered proudly. "And if it doesn't? " "Then her brain turns to mush."he replies coldly.

He takes a scalpel and makes a small incision on the back of her neck and installs the chip that would rewire her entire mindset. He stitches the wound up.

"What happens if she doesn't follow orders?" The woman asked concerned."Commander, it sounds like you are starting to care for her.Trust me commander, it'd be best if you do not get attached. If she doesn't follow orders then the chip will send an electric current so powerful that it would cause her to get a brain aneurysm." He explained.

-------------------------------

Her eyes slowly lift open."I need you to listen to me very carefully. You are going to do everything I say, if you don't you will die. If you are not the best you will die. It's time to take this very seriously!" the woman told her while standing beside her. Her stomach drops and she reaches for the back of her neck and runs her fingers across the stitches."What did you do?" her voice shaking. The woman just looks at her blankly."Get dressed or you'll be late for training." She said as she left.

Talia gets dressed and makes her way to the training room and she looks around and breathes out, knowing that she has to be better than 23 other agents majority of them are men and all of them are way older than her and the very important one isn't even here.'This is going to be very difficult' she thought to herself
