As Travis hears those words he couldn't help but feel sad, scared but mostly anger he tried to not let out as he heard his father say those cruel words about his mother,
He could hear the sarcasm as well when his father said "leave" but didn't understand if it really was sarcasm, he also did not understand why it would even be sarcasm.
Travis then tries his best to sit up even if it hurts him as he tries to speak,
"B-But fat-"
Before he could even finish his sentence and protest his father yells at him again,
"YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CALL ME THAT ANYMORE. SO LEAVE, LEAVE YOU BRAT."
Travis flinches even more from the loud yelling and the words thinking he would get a kick, slap, punch something else to add to his bruises.
But seeing he didn't he quickly nods at least grateful his father didn't beat him up anymore for trying to protest.
His father angrily leaves the room not even looking back at Travis as Travis stands up and gets his backpack dumping out all the things he doesn't want to bring,
Putting a small jacket in his bag, the picture of him and his mom he always keeps hidden under his bed since his father never liked it and his cross.
Even if he didn't like the religion he was forced to follow and study since a kid, yet he didn't want to leave it since he feels like he needs to bring it for some odd reason,
Maybe because it was his mother that gave it to him as a gift, even if it was forced by his father as well his mother was the one who gave it so it's special to him either way.
He wasn't able to get much but he doesn't have a lot of things anyways. He then runs down the stairs and glances at his father who is already drinking and smoking on the couch while watching something on TV.
Glancing over to Travis with a glare, Travis takes it as a sign to open the door and step out so that's exactly what he does.
As he's outside he hears the door shut and lock from behind him, he doesn't have anywhere to go and he knows that so it terrifies him even more to be kicked out like this all of a sudden.
He doesn't have any family close by that will even take him in or at least one friend who he can go to, he has no one. So he begins to think,
"Maybe something will kill me out here if I'm lucky enough."
As he thought as he walked around the cold night, it then began to rain, slowly turning into heavy rain. He lets out a huff as he puts on his small jacket and shouts,
"Great, just great... RAIN, maybe ill die from the FUCKING COLD. That's exactly what i need right now."
Kicking a rock in anger, not because of anyone in particular, not even because of his own father that kicked him out. It was because of himself... he couldn't help but blame himself for what happened thinking,
"If i could have just liked girls... and stopped being a fag.. a freak. And grateful to father..."
With a angered sigh then finally looking to where the rock he kicked before went, he sees a lake with lots of trees surrounding it since it was close to the woods,
He heads over to it and sits under a tree to block some of the rain and because of the pain he felt when walking or even just doing any type of movement which he was still trying to ignore since he left his once home.Slowly he then lifts up his purple sweater and looks at the bruises, it looked really bad and he was even bleeding a bit there, he could also feel his back ache when he did any type of movement which probably meant he had cuts or bruises there too.
He grunts angrily when realizing he doesn't even have bandages or anything else to try and help him just a bit.
He brings his knees up slowly and softly as he rests his head on top of his knees he catches a glimpse of his reflection in the lake's water.
Travis already hated how he looked but now he thought about how he looks even worse than ever before, his bruise on his left eye was even worse, his neck looked like it had been choked which it did, his lip was busted and his hair had a bit of blood in it.
Then he begins to finally tear up and let some of his tears out as he couldn't hold them in anymore and seeing it in the reflection of the water making him scoff and look away putting his face into his knees saying to himself,
"I miss you mama... I'm sorry.. i'm sorry I'm so weak.. father was right, it's my fault you left... i'm disappointed.. and now i'm out here."
In a soft tone yet his voice still slightly breaks from the tears he has tried so hard to keep in his emotions breaking out from that bottle where he would bottle them up. Then saying in an even weaker and broken tone almost in a whisper,
"Please... someone... just kill me.."
And slowly passes out from his body so weak and how hurt and tired he feels at that moment.
