"Ow, fuck." You had slipped on a wrapper. You kept walking around, chugging water every few minutes. Then your body just gave up. You fell to the floor right beside a building. You decided to just lay there without getting up; it's not like it was cold in fact it was a bit warm. You had a few layers on. You were tired as hell, you took off your puffer jacket and stretched out your arm a little bit to grab the half-burnt sweater that wasn't yours. You used your puffer jacket as a blanket and the sweater as a pillow.

You were starving but knew you couldn't find anything this late at night, and decided to sleep it off. You woke up randomly, not knowing the time, the whole place was silent, no lights, no sound, nothing. You got up looked around, and didn't see anything. As a child you were brave but not so brave, you could handle exploring a creepy abandoned building alone but you couldn't handle spiders. That was you. 

You got up, drank water, put your clothes back on, and simply headed out for a stroll with your flashlight.

Soon enough you saw light, it came from an apartment. You hesitated and were scared at first but, you gulped it down and went into the apartment complex. You walked around to see if you could find anything before going to the apartment. You went down a floor and saw PILES on PILES of dead bodies, you noticed a gun on the side. You weren't gonna risk shit, you grabbed the gun and ran out of the complex. You can so much and so far you didn't even realize where the hell you were. 

You stopped yourself and analyzed where you were, you noticed a familiar face outside of a window on the building in front of you. It was...

Arisu. You also saw his friend Karube. You waved to them hoping and praying that they would invite you to them, and yet they did.

Arisu and Karube looked surprised as they saw you waving from outside the window. They quickly motioned for you to come inside, and you eagerly made your way to the entrance of the building. As you approached, you couldn't help but feel a mix of relief and anxiety. The encounter with the dead bodies in the apartment complex had left you on edge, but the prospect of finding familiar faces in this place gave you a little bit of ease.

The door creaked open, revealing Arisu and Karube standing there, both armed and wearied by the circumstances. Arisu's eyes widened as he recognized you, "Hey y/n! What are you doing here?" You began explaining what had happened back at the 1st apartment complex.....

"and so i grabbed a gun and ran." was your last sentence before a person peaked from the side of the wall. You grabbed onto your gun that was ready in your pocket before signaling to Arisu and Karube that somebody was behind them. Surprisingly they just laughed and said, "That's our friend Chota." You wanted to let go of the gun and take it out of your pocket but after what happened at the complex you were uneasy and thinking of a random person being in the room with you didn't make your unease any better.

A few minutes later the guy supposedly named "Chota" came out with a girl. Chota walked out nervously but the girl was filled with confidence and strutted out. Arisu introduced me to them and he introduced them to me. "Chota this is y/n. and y/n this is Chota." 

you looked directly at them and started examining to see if you could find anything. you looked both of them up and down and realized Chota had a burnt leg, which was bandaged horribly. The second your eye saw it you said "holy shit! What the hell happened to you.?" you ran to him and sat him down on the chair that was right behind him. you slowly took off the bandage. As you were taking off your bandage the girl spoke out and said "He got burned in a game. That's all you need to know." You gave her a look and said "Thanks for telling me."

You finished wrapping his bandage properly. And you got up first to help him get up and before you could turn around to sit down he gave you a "thanks". "it's no problem" you flashed him a smile before going back to your seat to sit down. The girl that you still didn't know the name of went to a different table and started making food. 

You whispered to Karube instead of Arisu cause Arisu was busy helping Chota sit down by the girl. You asked Karube "What is the girl's name" "Shibuki. Saori Shibuki". After he told you, you said thanks and went to help her cook. She was making cup noodles for herself,arisu, chota, and karube. She had only opened 4 cups when there was a 5th on the table. She started handing out the noodles to each of them. Then when she came back to get hers. She stared you down and said, "Make your own."

And so, You did; you searched around the house and found a pack of salt you would get at a restaurant. You opened the fridge only to find rotten vegetables. You gagged before closing the fridge. You knew time worked differently here it was, quicker?.

You went back to the table and made your cup noodles, added salt, grabbed a pair of chopsticks from the table, and sat down and ate your noodles while talking and laughing with all of them. You all asked each other questions but you zoned out, random questions came to your head, like who the hell was the hooded guy. He stayed in your mind for a bit before Shibuki snapped in your face, "Get up, everybody finished eating."

So, you got up and made a bed for yourself on the couch and once again, You used your puffer jacket as a blanket but, this time you had a pillow. You fell asleep in an instant because of how drained you were.
