Episode 6: Aftermath

(Conton Hospital / 3 days after the raid)

A hospital staff just recently did a checkup on Tony and has allowed him to gather his stuff before he is brought back to The Time Lounge. Other people who were in the assault on the Yakuza Hideout are here as well, such as Ruby, Yang, Molten, and many more. Quaza enters Yang's room while Gore and Aston wait outside.

Quaza: Hey. You feeling alright?

Yang: Yeah, I'm doing great actually. I think I'll be able to come back to the Lounge.

Quaza: That's good to hear. I heard that Ruby is already back at the lounge after the 2nd day.

Yang: How's Elm doing?

Quaza: The Ace Ops are in the lobby, waiting for the rest of the gang to make their way down. They're also with some kind of... jaguar wrestler.

Yang: You mean Mongrus? Yeah, he's the one who patched me up after our fight.

Quaza: Heh, yeah. For a brutish Yakuza member, he's a very... strange type of thug.

Yang and Quaza laugh it out while Tony walks down the halls to see how Iced is holding up. He passes by Tirstina checking in on Sun, Molten taking his leave along with his top soldier, Krunk, Julia, Smaash, and Baam, Penny being repaired by Pietro while Maria and Nickel watches, and passes by a pair of staff. Tony enters Iced's room, but finds that he has already left as it cuts to Iced visiting entering a room where Weiss, Whitely, and Klein wait patiently for her to come out.

Iced: Hey Weiss. Is your sister available to have a talk?

Weiss: Yeah, she is. They just finished patching her wounds from those spiky rocks. Oh, I almost forgot. Iced, this is my brother, Whitley.

Whitley: My dear sister here has told me many things about you, Mr. Kovacs. My older sister has been waiting for you to visit her. Please, go in.

Iced: Alright then. It's also nice to see you, Klein.

Klein tips his hat to Iced as he enters the room and sees Winter on a bed as she drinks tea.

Antony (Good): 'You feeling alright? You doing ok? You think you have the balls to see her at a time like this?'

Iced: 'Shut up, dude! We are not, I repeat, NOT in any type of relationship!'

Antony (Good): 'Keep telling yourself that, Iced. I'll just lay back and watch how this unfolds.'

Iced: 'Goddamn it An-'

Winter notices Iced in the room and puts her tea cup to the side to greet him.

Winter: Iced, I was hoping you would drop by. Please, take a seat.

Iced sits near Winter in her bed as she also offers Iced some tea. Iced takes a sip while he's keeping his mask on in the process.

Iced: So, I've heard back from patrol units, and they are still unable to find Mia. They said that they might've taken her to a different hospital by mistake, but Elder Kai tore down the other ones. They also found Ironwood... and... something, or someone took his arms...

Winter: Good Oum... At least she's not in the hands of that damn bastard. Iced... Remember when I snapped at you after you reported making contact with Ironwood?
