The session went well in my opinion. My lawyer did amazing and point out everything good she did. I think the fact that the deal she want to make was not about herself will help her greatly. Also returning the bracelet, the only item that was not coming from someone with a criminal case. I know it doesn't excuse that she still stole but I'm crossing my finger for it. I was told the judge was a good man that donate a lot before for children cause, I hope it touch him somehow. I was getting anxious waiting for the verdict. Miss Kang please stand. You are declare guilty for all 14 stolen item, I do took in consideration that you return one intact. I did understand that you sacrifice the chance to reduce your sentence by asking for an orphanage to be complete. I also understand that majority of your gain from the robbery were donate to various orphanage or children's hospital. I can see you have a good heart miss Kang but I can't excuse your action. So I came to a conclusion. I sentence you to 42 months in prison with a chance of parole after 24 months. Minimum of 2 years. It could have been way worse.
