"It's been a long time, Kacchan."

The ominous words hung in the air, and Bakugo's eyes widened in disbelief as the figure stepped into the dim light. Before him stood a transformed Izuku Midoriya, now known as Deku, the leader of the League of Villains.

"Deku...? But you died in middle school!" Bakugo gasped, his voice barely a whisper. "I-I saw you fall of the roof!"

A sinister smirk played across Deku's face as he explained, "You believed what you wanted to believe, Kacchan. I faked my death to rise from the ashes, stronger than ever. And now, my only goal is to destroy All Might and anything else that gets in my way." The air around Bakugo seemed to grow colder. "Including you." added Deku, enjoying the look of pure regret and heartbreak on his old rival's face.

Bakugo's mind reeled, unable to comprehend the magnitude of Deku's transformation. The once worthless weak Deku, the one that was always going to be below him, the one that wanted to be a hero no matter what. That Deku was gone.

In a desperate attempt to stop Deku from whatever harm he was about to cause, Bakugo pleaded, "Deku, we can still save you! You don't have to do this!"

Deku chuckled coldly, his once-innocent eyes now harboring a malevolent gleam. "Save me? There's nothing left to save, Kacchan. I embraced the darkness, and it made me stronger. You, on the other hand, remained in the light, blinded by your own ideals."

His revelation hung in the air like a heavy fog, casting a shadow over Bakugo's disbelief. The once vibrant memories of their shared past now twisted into a dark reality. "Deku, you can't be serious," Bakugo gasped, grappling with the weight of the truth. "This isn't you. We were friends!" Deku's cold laughter echoed through the desolate corridors; his eyes gleaming with a sinister resolve.
