New Beginnings || Fluff

"I can't believe it's the end of the year already" You said to yourself, your eyes glimmering at the sight outside. It was snowing but a part of the sky was visible and it was letting the moon shine through. The way the snow shimmered under the moonlight was as if glitter was falling from the sky.

You weren't a huge fan of the cold but you had to admit, the snow is beautiful. You smiled to yourself as you leaned closer to the window. You could feel the cold air from the cracks in the window frame. The house was a bit worn down but it didn't bother you much.

After a few moments of admiring outside, you heard footsteps approaching the door. 'Johnny's finally home? He was out much longer tonight.' You thought to yourself. You've been with Johnny for about 3 years now. You were once a victim but Johnny ended up having a soft spot for you and let you live. You didn't get to leave but after some time you developed real feelings, or at least you think they're real.

You heard him tapping his shoes against the ground before opening the door. He was carrying a bag from a store and a pack of beer. "Hey, sorry it took me so long. I had to grab a few things before I came home." He said as he made his way to the table. He set the bag and beer down and then made his way towards you.

You gave him a smile as you looked up at him when he approached you. He returned the smile and wrapped his arms around you. "You just get prettier and prettier every time I look at you, don't you darlin?" He said, nuzzling into your neck. You couldn't help but giggle as you put your arms around him.

"You're such a sweet talker" You blushed as you pushed your head against him, hiding your face. He let out a chuckle and lifted your chin with his index finger. "What? I can't help it! You're so cute when you're flustered." He said while slowly leaning closer to you. He then pressed his lips against yours. You happily returned the kiss with a smile.

Your attention turned to the table and the bag. "So what did you get from the store?" You said while making your way to the table. "Well it's new years, thought I'd pick up some drinks and snacks." He said as he followed you. You looked into the bag and saw your favorite candy. It's been a while since you've had any.

You smiled as you took the candy out of the bag. "Thank you, Johnny. I'm a little surprised you remembered which ones I liked best." He smiled as he opened a beer from the pack. "Of course I remember! I remember everything when it comes to you." He said in a sweet voice. You blushed again and chuckled. He loved messing with you.

He took a swig of his beer then handed you one. "So what were you up to while I was gone?" He asked as you took the beer and opened it. "Not much really. For a while there I was just staring out the window. It's beautiful out tonight." You said as you took a sip from the bottle, glancing out the window.

"Sounds exciting." He said with sarcasm and a grin. You chuckled a bit and took another sip. You're not much of a drinker but tonight is a special occasion, you might as well enjoy it. You made your way over to the couch and sat down. You then picked up the blanket you took from your room and placed it over your legs. Johnny soon sat with you and put his arm over your shoulder.

"Y'know, I've been thinkin.." He said, swirling the beer in his hand and resting his free hand on your thigh. "Thinking is dangerous. What's on your mind?" You said with a giggle, drinking more of the beer. "Have you ever thought about getting married and having kids one day?" He asked. You nearly spit the drink out but you swallowed it as fast as you could. "Well I mean.. Yeah I have. It's something I want to experience." You said nervously.

You've been thinking about moving forward with your relationship with Johnny, but you didn't know how to tell him. You didn't know what could happen if you did. "I never really thought about it before but Ma said somethin to me the other day that just got me wondering. She said we've been together for a while and that we should consider settling down." He said while looking at you.

You were shocked, you didn't expect that. He didn't really seem like the type to settle down. And you didn't think Nancy liked you very much. But the thought of you marrying Johnny and starting a family brought a smile to your face. "Is that what you want?" You asked, curiosity started eating at you. He looked up at the ceiling for a moment, thinking, but then looked back down at you. "Yeah, I do want that. I want to have it all, with you."

Your face lit up as you snuggled into him. He couldn't help but smile and do the same. You weren't just some toy to him anymore, he wanted to spend the rest of his life with you. And you wanted the same, even if he's a cold hearted killer.

"I think Ma only said that because shes dying to have a grandson" he said with a chuckle. "Oh so you think we'd have a boy, huh?" You said with a smile, looking back up at him. "Oh I know we are gonna have at least one boy." He said with a smirk, taking a drink of his beer. You giggled and took a sip of your drink as well. After your sip you laid your head against his shoulder.

"If we did then, how many kinds do you want to have in the future?" You asked. He smiled and rested his head ontop of yours. "Hmmm i want to say at least 6." He said with a smirk. You looked up at him, flabbergasted. "What?!" You could only get one word out. Was he serious?

He then laughed, at this point you knew he was just messing with you again. You sighed and laid your head back down. "Oh Johnny you almost gave me a heart attack." He laughed once more. "Sorry, like I said, I just can't help it. But in all seriousness, maybe 3 kids." He said. You smiled at this and fantasized about it. "3 doesnt sound so bad. Who knows maybe we will end up having 6." You laughed as he chuckled. "Careful what you wish for darlin~" he said with a mischievous tone.

You giggled then looked out the window while snuggling into him, your smile never leaving. The snow was still simmering as it fell. Johnny then set his beer down on the end table near the couch, then takes yours only to do the same. You looked at him confused before he suddenly lifts you on top of him as he lays back on the couch. You were now laying on his chest with the blanket over both of you.

He hummed softly as he held you close. "I'm never letting you go" he said in a soft tone. You blushed as you drew circles into his chest with your finger. "I don't want you to let go..." You said in a whisper. He looks down at you and smiled before lifting your head up once more, placing a kiss upon your lips. You returned the kiss before he broke away from it. "I love you, Y/N." You press your hand against his cheek and rest your head on his chest.

"I love you too, Johnny."
