Weeks had passed, and it was quite warm between George and Crimson. They've been glancing and smiling at each other like idiots.

Adrian knew about this, he wasn't jealous that's for sure. But he was just afraid and was looking out for Crimson. Since this was the first time he'd seen her acting like this. The woman never liked someone for peat sake's.

But today, she was no where to be seen or found. Not at breakfast, The halls, The familiar corridors, Their shared classes, even at the Black Lake.

George brushed it off as maybe she called in sick and couldn't get up since she wasn't feeling good.

Then, days after days, and after days. She wasn't around.

But what he didn't know, this was a regular thing for Slytherin's. She won't show up for weeks, even sometimes months.

He just noticed it now.

George was at the Great Hall, eating lunch before starting his class, which was Charms, and it was always with her.

His leg was shaking under the desk, his nail being bitten between his lips as he kept looking at the entrance.

"George, you're gonna also end up swallowing your finger." Lee Jordan, chuckled.

He turned to him and his brother, snickering at him.

"Haven't even touch my food yet, you smart-mouth." George rolled his eyes.

His friend frowned. "What's gotten you in a mood, is it the time of the month?"

"Shut up, Lee. He'll jump over this table at any moment." Fred warned him.

George ignored them, but he spotted a familiar brunette guy, coming over the Slytherin's table.

He quickly got up, his feet leading him to Adrian Pucey.

"Hey, Pucey." He called out.

Adrian turned, shooting him a raised eyebrow.

"What do you want?" He grumbled.

"Have you seen Crimson?" George asked, hoping to the gods above he'll say something that'll relieve his aching nerves.

Adrian's face fell, his frown leaving his face.

"No, but you gotta stay away from her, man."

George immediate mind response was; what the fuck?

"What- excuse me?"

"Stay away from her, got it? You don't want her to face anymore consequences." He glared at George, before leaving.

That did not help the nerves or whatsoever.

A month flew by, and George completely forgot about it.

Well he tried too.

It just completely hurt him when things we're going right between them, she just completely ghosted him. Like literally no word from her, nobody hasn't even seen a glimpse of her.

It was dinner at Hogwarts, student having conversation amongst themselves, professor's discussing about things.

An everyday routine, supposedly.

George talked to his friends, leaning over the table to try throw a salami at Ron.

Everything was going great, Lee and Dean Thomas, was restraining his brother to move. Ron screeched and squirmed.

They all laughed, as Hermione was petrified.

"You lot have to stop this madness!" She cried out.

But of course, they did not listen.
