Later that night at Hogwarts, people were in the Great Hall. Looking at the Goblet that was shining with blue flames.

Crimson sat on some benches they put out, and she waited for Adrian. She didn't have a book in her hands though. So she played with her palms.

Her elbows rested on her knee that sat upon her other leg, as she looked at the students making a fuss out of this.

Finally, it was Adrian's turn. He kissed his paper before throwing it in the Goblet and it made the flames bigger before calming down.

The students cheered and went around to cheer him.

"Are you joining?"

Crimson looked to her right and saw Malfoy, sitting beside her which she hasn't noticed.

She shook her head.

"Why not?" He asked the older girl.

She huffed "because if I wanted to kill myself, it wouldn't be because of this pathetic school."

She heard him scoff in amusement. Putting his elbows on his knees and observing every student.

"It's not going to work!" She sang.

They both whipped their heads around to see who's voice was it from. And it was from the curly haired, Gryffindor.

Crimson looked abit to the left and saw Fred and...

George.

As far as Crimson knew, they weren't of age yet, since the Headmaster had announced it was 17 and above that could only enter. They went mental in the Great Hall.

They both made faces with each other, and they sat behind the Granger girl.

"Why does she always ruin the fun? Why can't we just watch them make a complete fool out of themselves?" Draco groaned, before Adrian chuckled at his comment.

"Oh yeah?"

"And why's that Granger?"

Then, she pointed at the white ring around the Goblet.

"You see this? This is an age line. Dumbledore drew it himself." She stated, rolling her eyes.

"So?"

She scoffed, closing her book aggressively on her lap.

Draco snickered beside her, and Crimson jabbed him in the stomach with her elbow.

"So." She scoffed "A genius like Dumbledore, couldn't possibly be fooled by a dodge as pathetically dim witted as an aging potion." She looked at the two red head.

Idiots. Absolute fucking idiots.

"When did Granger girl, get so smart mouth?" Crimson turned to the pale boy beside her.

Adrian scoffed. "She hits hard too, back in 3rd year, broke Malfoy's nose off."

She gasped in amusement, looking at Malfoy once again to see him groaning in his hands.

"Good thing you didn't hit her back." She joked.

"Mother would've killed me." He mumbled.

Crimson nodded agreeingly, Narcissa wasn't the one to kid with about her son hurting another woman.

"Ah, But that's why it's so brilliant."

"Because it's so pathetically dim witted" They both laughed as the others around them chuckled.

As they stood up, George accidentally led his eyes to her.

The blue eye'd beauty in his dreams. He knew she was there, he could feel it.

They both locked eyes, and it felt like George's world was about to stop. He even stopped moving for a little bit, then Fred had to nudge him.

Meanwhile, Crimson on the other side of the room, wanted to hear his heartbeat. And that's what she did, not focusing on anything else, until the only thing she could hear was the pumping organ in his chest.

My Merlin, it was beating so fast.

They both shook their potions as their feet landed on the bench.

"Ready Fred?"

"Ready George."

"Bottoms up." They both interlinked their arms with one another, then took a shot of the bottle. George's eyes still on her.

Her organs felt like it was spinning in 180°

They both jumped over the white ring around the Goblet. They waited.

Nothing.

Students cheered, and gasped. While Crimson had her eyebrow raised. She was impressed.

It was no secret the Weasley Twins were smart, they just didn't use it for their academics.

A second into cheering, the twins suddenly flew across the room. The whole Great Hall shrieked as Crimson felt her heart tug. But she didn't let it show any concern on her face.

Then the Great Hall erupted with laughter as the twins grew white beards and their hair turned to gray.

"What if you get picked?" Crimson asked, twirling her wand between her fingers.

"Then, that's good. Something I could rub against Dad's face." He chuckled.

Despite the dark history the Pucey had from over the years, Adrian's parents never treated him like shit. Not like the other pureblood families who treated their children like animals.

Adrian got lucky. You knew his parents treated him great when he didn't address them as; mother and father.

Crimson chuckled, then focused back on her paper that was due for tomorrow.

A few nights later, They were back at the Great Hall, looking at the humongous goblet at the front, blue fire emerging inside of it.

They had already announced the champions from the other school's. Durmstrang was Viktor Krum, Beauxbatons was Fleur Delacour.

All was left to find out was who was it going to be in Hogwarts.

Crimson could feel Adrian's leg shaking from anticipation from under the table. She glared at him since it was an habit of his that she found annoying.

"What? I can't help it." He shrugged.

"You want me to freeze your foot for you, then?" She raised a brow.

He stopped.

She turned back to see the Headmaster already taking out the last piece of paper. His lips moving, but no sound coming out.

She found his voice rather annoying today.

His lips said something, that made the students gasped and whipped their heads around---

Crimson.

She blinked, looking at her housmates. Her head moving left and right.

She leaned over Adrian and whispered "why are they staring at me?"

He leaned close to her, before whispering back.

"You were picked, mate."
