Hot fire burst next to a little girl and the girl screamed. Long hallway's each end was burning, like a deadly curse. "Help!" Girl shouted as she ran, to where ever, to find a place that had not eaten by fire yet. Little girl's bright yellow hair and purple skirt caught a fire and she screamed as she slapped them to turn them off. "Mom! Dad!" She cried out.

The kid in the orphanage crying for her parents.... What a drama.

Girl's eyes caught another corridor, better than where she was standing and she ran to escape from the moment. "Mom, Dad, you promise me, You promised me to come back...." She could still remember their fading backs. Because she stared to them until they got out of her sight. "You promised me..."

Promise? What is that thing? They never kept it.

New corridor was already beginning to burn down too and only thing shinning except for Red flame was her Clear blue eyes, full of tears. "..." She closed her eyes and didn't move.

Oh, is she giving up? Well, that's not strange. Now she got nothing.

No hope, No love, No believe, No promise that can make her stay.

But she's not.

... Why?

I know how the story goes.

She opened her eyes again and staggered, reaching for her head. She groaned like her head is hurting badly. Maybe because of smoke, she thought. "...!" She could touch a clear Diamond hair pin on her hair and grabbed it. She fulled it out of her hair and stared at it.

Lucy, you like it? I got it just for you, My little girl.

Thousands of tear drops ran down her cheek as she stared at the memory inside the pin. "Liar." She whispered under her breath.

I love you too, Lucy.

"...LIAR!" She screams to the air but it's now too late.

FINALLY....! Stupid girl, she gets the fact too late. All of the things they had told her was dirty lies.

"You are now on your own, you have to survive on your own. You can't cry for mom and dad and anyway they won't come even if you cry or scream." The girl whispered like hypnotizing herself. She looked around madly and found a window that had not been caught to the fire. 'Can I make it?' She thought, as she remembered that she's on the third floor.

But so what? She's going to die anyway, just a different way. Jumping off and break her neck or burned down. But only chance is to jump and if she never jumps, she will never going to make it. And she knew it well.

The girl breathed and ran toward the window. Girl's little body hit the window but it didn't broke. "Agrrr!" She growled and stepped back. She coughed hard. Smoke was rising and fire is getting bigger. This was her last chance and she couldn't lose it. She ran again and hit her body as hard as she could.

Glass shattered down and the window finally broke down. Sharp glass peaces cut her neck and body and she screamed.

... It was painful. Too painful for just a little girl.

I was just a kid. What did I even do? .... Why...?

As she fell, she lost her hairpin she was holding. With a dull sound, she fell to the ground. She could open her eyes and she could walk, somehow.

Was that a good thing? I think dying is not that bad...

The girl,
