MR LEE POV

"Mr. Lee,"

I turned around upon hearing someone speak from behind me. I quickly looked and saw belly approaching me. I immediately handed him a glass of wine from the nearby table.

"Oh! Belly, how's my daughter?"

I asked, Smileng at him.

I was just delighted that my daughter was so addicted to Minions that she even started resembling one! Belly smiled back at me and took the glass of wine I had prepared before sitting down on the sofa.

"She's good, Uncle,"

he said, taking a sip of the wine.

"It's just amusing how your daughter is so obsessed with those Minions. It's causing some trouble sometimes, you know. I wonder what's so special about them that drives Becky crazy when they're not around," he asked me.

I couldn't help but smile at his question. I moved closer to him as I took my seat.

"You know, belly, I'm just as clueless as you are. I have no idea why my daughter is so infatuated with those Minions,"

I said, playfully tapping his shoulder.

He laughed and started to move away, as if about to leave.

"Oh, by the way, Belly," I called out to him, catching his attention.

"Yes, Uncle?" he asked, curious.

"Take good care of my precious daughter, alright?"

I said, making him pause for a moment. He approached me.

"Why are you telling me this, Uncle?" he asked, puzzled.

"Oh, nothing! I just want to make sure that my daughter is safe and I trust someone like you,"

I tapped his shoulder again. He smiled at me and finally left.

I don't want my daughter to be left alone as time passes by. The business partnership with Devira is currently in chaos. I stand to lose a lot in my business if I can't give ownership of the Devira assets. I know Redford Devira very well, and I know he would do anything to get what belongs to me. He is capable of harming anyone in my family, so I'm afraid he might hurt one of us. I immediately went to my Secret Box and entered the code to open it. Inside, I found a USB containing all the information about their criminal activities and illegal practices.

I let out a sigh and walked out of the room to go to Becky's room. When I opened the door, I saw her minions on display.

"Becky, please don't let yourself be vulnerable when I'm not around, okay?"

I tapped her on the shoulder.

"Kahit kakaiba Ka SA lahat, Ay Mahal Kita anak."

I Remove her Minions beside her, and lie down beside my precious princess.

"I love you, Becky," I whispered to her and hugged her from behind.

Becky's POV

I woke up feeling someone beside me.

"I love you, Becky," he whispered in my ear and hugged me from behind.

I couldn't help but smile at what he said. Even though my dad can be overprotective, he can still be sweet. I closed my eyes and fell back asleep.

I woke up again when I heard the loud sound of my alarm clock. I slowly reached for it and when I got hold of it, I threw it on the floor.

I was about to doze off again when my bedroom door suddenly swung open. Quickly, I covered myself with the blanket and pretended to close my eyes.
