A few things I'm clearing up:
1. Petunia will be good in this. She will have told the twins about their heritage and them being part of the Wizarding World. Petunia will have been hostile towards Lily about being a witch not wanting to lose her sister in a tragic way, but reconciled with Lily before the twins were born.
2. Lydia is the camp mom of Camp Half-Blood.
3. Lydia is Co-Head Counselor of Cabin Seven due to Chiron not wanting Will to be the Head of Cabin Seven by himself so young. So, he chose Lydia to be Co-Head Counselor knowing how close Lydia is to everyone is Cabin Seven.
4. It will be revealed how Lydia is in a relationship with Regulus considering he's supposed to be dead in the future considering he died shortly before James & Lily.
