Abbies POV
*once we arrived at the lab we got out of the truck and headed inside*
Gaurd:names please?
Jay:detective Jay Halstead and this is Detective Abby Diaz district 21 intelligence
Gaurd:badge please
*we showed him our badges and we headed inside and went up to our girl Kate*
Jay:Kate!
Kate:hey guys ! Long time no see
Abbie:yeah ! *smiles*
Kate:what do you got for me ?
Jay:this *gives her the picture*
Kate:oh god ! What do you need from it?
Abbie:see if you can find any prints on it
Kate:I'll try my best !
*Kate leaves with the picture and we wait in the waiting area*
Abbie:I'm getting anxious now jay
Jay:why ?
Abbie:he's been here for a day or 2 and if he's going to kill us he's going to do it soon
Jay:listen Abbie ! Everything is going to be ok I promise !

*a few mins later Kate returns*
Kate:I got a set of finger prints
Abbie's:whose are they ?

*we leave with the picture and we head back to the district and when we arrive we head up the stairs*
Hank:get anything ?
Abbie:yeah the fingerprints on it belongs to Oliver Reid
Hank:Adam gets his location and everything you know about him

Jay:any luck with the Airbnb Situation?
Hailey:we found 1 but it's now a store so it doesn't really count
Abbie:a store ?
Kim:yeah he sold it to Marie Jennings who then turned it into the super store

Hailey:yeah but we are still looking
*we decided to help Kim and Hailey and we looked at Airbnb websites*
Adam:guys I got something
Hank:what is it ?
Adam:Oliver's house is an airbnb and him and Brandon share the house they both split the payment

*we headed downstairs and Liv got her paper and headed down with Trudy and we all got suited up and I got in the truck with Hailey and jay*
Hailey:so has Liv put any thought on what she wants to be when she's older ?
Abbie:she actually mentioned being a paramedic a couple of times and recently she's been talking about becoming a forensics officer
Hailey:a forensics officer would be so much fun !
Abbie:yeah but it's really up to her
Jay:she'd be a great paramedic to

*we finally made it to Oliver's house and once everyone else showed up we got out of our cars and put our guns in-front of us and we headed over to the door and we kicked it down since we have a warrant and we searched the bottom floor of the house and then we heard movement upstairs followed by a voice and it sent shivers down my spine*
Abbie:Brandon's upstairs
Hank:you sure ?
Abbie:I could never forget his voice

*we rushed up the stairs and Hank made me to
Go 2nd last since he was the last one cause he wasn't sure if Brandon or Oliver had a gun and if they did and saw me they might kill me right there and then. We headed up in a single file line and I think jay was in the front and we saw his hand count down from 3 and we kicked the door down*
Jays POV
*I just counted down from 3 and I kicked the door down and I saw Oliver and who I assumed was Brandon standing by the bed*
Jay:Chicago PD let me see your hands
*they startled and try to make a run for it but they didn't make it very far before jay and Adam had them in cuffs they brought them out to a patrol car and we got back in the truck and drove back to the district*
At the district
*once we made it back to the district we took of our vests and we headed back upstairs*
Hank:Brandon and Oliver are in 2 different interview rooms so we need 4 volunteers
Jay:I'll do someone
Abbie:I'll do Brandon
Hank:are you sure Abbie ?
Abbie:positive
Hank:k you and jay do Brandon and me and Hailey will do Oliver
*me and jay grabbed the files and took off our guns and we headed into the interview room*
Brandon:long time no see Abbie
Abbie:I'm detective Diaz to you *I say right snappy*
Brandon:ooh someone's in a mood
Abbie:I need you to answer one question for me ok

Abbie:why didn't you kill me
Brandon:what are you talking about ?
Abbie:you said you were going to kill me and Liv next and you had so many opportunities to and you never did
Brandon:I was coming up with a plan until you and your friends just decided to walk on in
Abbie:if you really wanted to kill me that bad I would have been dead days ago !
Brandon:well I'm sorry I never killed you of your sister
Abbie:you leave her out of our conversation do you understand !

Jay:what's so funny Brandon
Brandon:I'm just imagining her dead in my WhAts house with slits down her stomach and wrists and one big one on her neck

*I left the room so jay could get him ready for booking and I headed into the locker room and sat down on the bench and left a few tears fall*
