"N/n! Why aren't you up yet?"
I groaned hearing someone outside my window yelling at me. I sat up slowly, rubbing my eyes. I stretched my arms and yawned, opening the curtains slowly.
On the other side of the window, stood Gyeong-su. He casually smiled and waved at me, making me laugh loudly. "I'll be out in a minute!" I shouted at him, he nodded in response, going to lean on the banister of my floor of the apartment complex.
I got up and left my bedroom, entering the kitchen. My older brother was sitting at the table, a plate of pancakes sat in the middle. I sat at the only other seat across from the boy, quickly eating 2 of the pancakes.
"Do you need me to drop you to school?" He asked, cutting one of the pancakes. "No, Gyeong-su is outside. Thanks." I told him in a chirpy tone, then getting up and going back to my room.
I put my uniform on, quickly putting on some make up and doing my hair, I decided to put a light pink headband on today. Then I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth as fast as I could, only now remembering that Gyeong-su was outside.
I ran out of the bathroom, quickly giving my brother a quick hug before rushing out the door. "Bye!" I yelled, waving at him before quickly shutting the door before he could even respond.
"You take so long to get ready." Gyeong-su complained, grabbing me by my shoulders and making me walk forward. "Shh!" I put my finger to his lips before hitting him on the head and running.
We both laughed and ran down the steps of our apartment complex. We ran with the group of others in our complex, we all would go through the rich complex despite not being allowed to make sure to get to school on time.
"Quick, hurry up!" They yelled as we climbed over, laughing. Gyeong-su helped me up over the gate before getting over himself. We continued laughing as the security guard chased us through the grounds.
I ran ahead with the rest of the group, but as we neared the school I noticed Su-hyeok walking. "See you later, Gyeong-su!" I yelled after the boy, slowing down as I reached where Su-hyeok was.
"Hey." I grinned at the taller boy. "Hi." He replied, returning my grin. That was until he looked towards the bushes and noticed the bullies.
I remember he used to hang around them, me and Su-hyeok have only gotten close recently since he started hanging out with Gyeong-su and Cheong-san.
Gyeong-su was my bestfriend, I hung out with him all the time but lately i've started liking Su-hyeok. Like more than friends. I couldn't help but try to be around him more, but obviously I would never leave Gyeong-su for him.
I don't know what I would do without Gyeong-su, we've always been friends.
"Hey, wait here, i'm going to try help them." He told me, nodding his head towards Eun-ji and Cheol-soo. "No, I want to help." I disagreed, following him. He sighed, before looking at me for a moment.
