"BABE!" i yelled slightly annoyed at the fact that javani was ignoring me, even though it was intentional it still aggravated me.
"why are you yelling jayda? im literally 2 inches away from" javani chewed on her gum, her thumbs still moving every now and then against the screen of her clean iphone 15 pro max.
"umm.. maybe because you actin like you can't fuckin hear" i folded my hands against my chest and narrowed my eyes at her.
i don't understand why she wanted to play like i haven't been calling her name for at least 15 minutes.
"i heard you the first, second, and third time you called me aiyanna. you don't want shit, i know you don't. you just want to talk to me to see if i'll talk back to you"
she was right. she's always right. don't mean i gotta let her know that though.
"girl bye. i was calling you because i wanted to ask your dusty self something, but nevermind ms.knowitall" i picked back up the remote and continued to scroll through BEEJAY TV videos.

i just simply ignored her as she smacked her big lips as she caught onto my attitude.
truthfully, she was right. i just wanted to see if she was still upset with me from the small disagreement we had this morning, i didn't want anything. i just wanted to know she wasn't still mad at me.
"javani" i called out after about five minutes of silence.
"yes baby?" she answered not looking up from her phone, this time scrolling through get ready with me videos on tiktok.
"can we go out? like to the movies or something? maybe the mall?" i asked keeping my focus on the tv, but also listening for her response.
"yea, it doesn't matter to me. when do you want to go" she clicked off tiktok and closed her phone, leaning her head forward to peck my forehead and then my cheek.
"uhhh.. right now? we not doing nun and im bored" i smiled lifting my head up and pressing a small kiss to her chin.
"ok. let's go" she agreed getting up off the couch and pulling me along with her, leading us both to our room to start getting ready.
