The Date

A/N So do y'all like my story? Is it good? I like it. Anyway onto the story.

...Lily's pov, at home...

So right now I decided to tell my mom that I have my first date. I wonder what will happen.

"Hey mom." I said coming into her room. As usual, no response.

"So, I told you about Logan right?" I asked. No response.

"Well anyway, he and his twin brother, Benjamin, asked Ally and I out on a date. I have my first date momma!" I said excitedly. Nothing, sigh.

"Well I gotta go. Need to sleep and stuff. Night mom." I said very sadly.

I went up to my room and just did random things. I didn't sleep though, not yet at least. The first thing I did was play on my computer. On the computer I checked my Facebook and went on Pintrest for about an hour and a half. I know, I know, I am addicted. Then after social media, I started playing random computer games, that lasted for about an hour. So right now at 11:30 I get a text from... LOGAN, what! Why at this time? I should probably text him back.

...Text convo. Li for Lily and Lo for Logan...

Lo- Hey Lily, it's Logan. I have the right number right?

Li- Hi Logan, yes this is the right number.

Lo- So when should we have our date and what do you want to do?

Li- Oh, I am free any time really and I don't care what we do.

Lo- So we can go to a cow farm and pick up cow pie?

Li- I would rather not.

Lo- So what do you rather do?

Li- Maybe we could go to the carnival? That could be fun.

Lo- I will get the tickets. See on Friday! Wait, what is your address? I need to pick you up on Friday.

Li- My address is 51 E Puppy Cat Rd. off of Bandit Ave. It's like five minutes from the church. (A/N Not a real address, I think. It's not mine)

Lo- Oh, I have see your house before. It's kinda small isn't it?

Li- Not to me. My room has it's own bathroom. It's okay size. It's just me and my mom.

Lo- Oh, that makes sense.

Li- Yeah, so what time Friday?

Lo- Is noon okay. We can eat carni food.

Li- Yeah, see you at noon on Friday. I gotta go, bye. Good night.

Lo- Okay, see you then. Bye and goodnight.

...Text convo over...

I am so excited for my first date!

...Friday Morning...

I wonder if my date is still a double date with Ally and Benjamin. I should ask her.

...Text convo L for Lily and A for Ally...

L- So our date is still a double date right?

A- Yeah, of course. Today at noon, we are going to the carnival.

L- Okay I just wanted to make sure.

A- We should have matching outfits. It would be so cute. We could go buy them now. Yeah?

L- Remember that I don't have money.

A- I will pay for you silly girl, I always do!

L- Okay, let's go to Dillard's, yeah?

A- Yeah, let's go there.

L- Okay, I will come get you know okay?

A- Yeah, I will be waiting.

I pick up Ally and we go to Dillard's and right away find a super cute outfit and buy them. We are going to look so cute! We both get light blue skinny jeans and a white shirt. We each get the same big, confy sweater but they are different colors. Mine is purple and Ally's is pink. We also got the same pair of converse, but they are also different colors. Mine are purple and hers ate pink. We look so cute. Ally texted Benja (Benjamin's nickname) and said that she was at my house and to pick her up here.

We each took a shower and got ready. We put on our clothes and put light makeup on, then put our hair up in a very cute messy bun. We got everything we needed and went downstairs to wait for the boys, because it was 11:55 by time we were done. Right at 12:00 they were ringing my door. So we went and answered it. The boys were also wearing matching outfits. They each had dark blue jeans. Their t-shirts were the same style, but different colors. Logan had a blue t-shirt and Benja had a yellow t-shirt. They had converse on as well but different colors. Logan had blue and Benja had yellow. They were so cute!

"Hey girls. I guess you had the same idea as us." Logan said.

"Well, it was a good idea, right?" Ally asked.

"Yeah it was. You two look adorable." Benja said, as we blushed.

"Well, so do you two!" I said, as the boys blushed.

"So are you two ready to go?" Logan asked we nodded so we left.

...At the Carnival...

So we decided to ride all the rides first. So we rode all the rides it was a blast. Then we ate some carni food. Yum! Then we played all of the games. The boys won us each a cute bunny in our favorite color. Mine is purple and Ally's is pink. Then last but not least we went on the Ferris Wheel. It was so much fun!

It was 4:30 by time I got back to my house. First they dropped Ally and Benja off, so he could talk with her parents. Then Logan parked his car in the parking lot and came into my house. I told him about my mom, but he still wanted to talk with her, even if she won't respond. He is such a gentleman.

"Hi Sister Dandy. It's so good to see you. I just wanted to say that you were right about Lily and I. I hope we can become more then friends. I really like your daughter." Logan told my mom. Wait, more then friends? I will have to ask him later about that. But something different happened. My mom actually responded!

"Hi Logan, it's great to see you as well. I am glad you two are still friends. I am glad you like my daughter. You add something to her life when you are with her. So, thank you so very much, but I would like to talk to Lily alone, of you don't mind." My mom said.

"Don't mind at all. I will just go pick up my brother. Bye Sister Dandy! Bye Lily, text you later!" Logan said as he was leaving to go get Benja.

"Mom, I missed you so much! What happened to you?!?! I need to know!" I told her.

"Sweat heart I love you and I wish I never did this. I know that all you did was want to help, but I wouldn't listen. The only reason I was ignoring you was because I was sad that you didn't have your father anymore. All you had was me, but I flaked out on you and I am so sorry for that. I have been praying and on Sunday, I can't wait to go to church again. Never forget who you are. Never forget your testimony because it's beautiful." My mom told me.

"Mom, it's so good to hear you speak again. I love you so, so much!" I told her, while I went to go hug her.

A/N So what did y'all think. Was that a bad story? I have two chapters left, then it's done. I really like how it has come togother.
