Chapter 9

I screamed with the pain he inflected onto my face. I was thrown into the back off a van while two men sat in the back seats in front of me just in case I tried to move and one was driving.  As I panted and grabbed my jaw, when one man saw me he thought that was an attempt to escape or make a move so he turned and threw a punch in my gut making me loose my breathe. I laid in the back defenseless thinking of Harry how he looked at me when he was getting hit and how he laid motionless as I was carried away from the safeness I felt in his arms. After a few minutes the van began to swerve and the driver cursed "F*** F*** F*** F*** F***!" as he looked into the mirror at his blown tire and a glass far he had ran over. We were just a few minutes from Harry's flat. I knew I couldn't make a run for it with my injuries and they would catch me. I was sobbing not only from the pain and being 'kidnapped' but from Harry, the one I had seen a different side of earlier.  The visions of Harry fighting to get out of the men's grip to defend himself and get to me but also the moments we shared alone in his room that morning.

All the men jumped out of the car to inspect the tire. 'How can I get away? How do I get to Harry?' I thought to myself before I saw a  sloppy mob of curls out of the corner of my eye. I immediately knew who it was MY Harry coming to help me. He limped toward the van trying not to catch there attention. I could see the pain in his eyes and the way he limped holding his stomach.

Harrys POV

Even though I was hurting that didn't stop me from getting Ell. I don't know why but something about her and the way she was made me want to hold her in my arms and shield her from the cruel world around us.

I saw the van and the three men looking at a tire that I assume is flat. I didn't see Ell. My heart fell. 'what have they done with her? Am I too late?' I thought to myself. I don't know if I could live with my self if something had happened to her. I felt tears brim to my eyes as I thought of loosing her, then I saw something flash past the lightly tinted windows of the van, with that I picked up the pace and ran to the three men.

Ell's POV

I had no idea what had happened but Harry ran up to the men and punched one in the face making him flush over with anger. He raised his fist and knocked Harry in the jaw. I sobbed harder I couldn't take it. But Harry didn't let that phase him punching another man in the face and kicked another in the stomach. When harry looked up the one who seemed to be the leader kneed Harry in the stomach makin him pause and took that opportunity to get Harry in the face making him fall over in agony. I couldn't bare to see Harry like this on the ground in pain so I stumbled out of the van "STOP!!" they all seemed shocked even Harry. The 3 men just laughed after that. The leader took a step towards me and got in my face "whats the matter sweetheart?"  He then picked Harry's (who was laying flat on his stomach) head up by his curls and looked at me "Theres no sense in trying to save this." he said then dropping Harry's head making his face hit the ground. I winced. I wanted to run over to him and kiss away all the pain he had but I couldn't that would just make it worse for us. They all stood looking at me blankly until a smirk peered upon the leaders face. "Now sweetie there is really no sense in wasting you time in him" He said walking uncomfortably close to me. He spoke again "And you with that just doesn't make sense." He cupped my chin "But me and you do." I winced at his words and pulled away only to be caught and pulled closer "Come on baby!" He said in a creepy way running his hand up my thigh causing me to breathe heavily. Tears were coming out and I wanted to scream at him but couldn't I just stood there...frozen. His hand moved to the inside of my thigh making his way up my towel before he was struck to the ground. I looked confused and there stood Harry with blood on his hands.

The other to men looked at Harry then at their leader who laid almost unconscious on the ground. "I think youd better leave." Harry growled at them.
