LOL I just read some of the comments asking what Ang is doing in the story.. It gave me one hell of a laugh and I seriously just realized the elements thing lol. I don't know what was running through my mind when I wrote that on 2021 so now its too late for me to change it so imma just stick with it lol.

Alex's POV

I was sleeping peacefully when all of a sudden I felt my tongue burn like its on fire

"WATER" I screamed as I jolted up. It happened so fast that I did not see Nessa looking down at me so my forehead hit her head and now my head and my tongue hurts.

"OW" Nessa shouted. I saw my daughter holding a chili sauce and looking at me innocently pointing at Nessa.

I quickly ran down the stairs and opened the refrigerator looking for milk. I took the gallon not having time to put it in a cup i downed it down like a mad man. After a while I got a bag of peas and the milk is still in my hand drinking it from time to time.

I went upstairs back to my room only to find Nessa comforting my peanut.

"why ish my penut crying?" I asked as normally as I can but I already know my tongue is swollen.
I gave the bag of peas to Nessa and she placed it on her forehead.

"She got scared you ran away because she played a prank on you." she said I got sad at the thought that my daughter is traumatized with me being gone and knowing both Nessa and I will be gone till God knows when.

I gulped a couple of milk before placing it down and got my daughter and hugged her. "i'm shorri penot dadas notch angryh and i weel never leaf you if itch not weally needed. Look I jusht went down to get melk and peash for mommy." I said comfortig her. to my surprise she laughed as well

"Daddy you talk funny" she said

I smiled and ruffed her hair a little bit.

"now you have a first hand experience at how much a prankster your daughter can be." Nessa said

I smiled.

"Howsh da hed?" I asked and she laughed

"You do sound funny" she teased and I pinched her cheeks. "ow" She said and pretended to cry.

"Hayden come here your dada is hurting mommy" Nessa said looking at Hayden with puppy eyes ready to cry.

I looked at Nessa wide eyed scarred that Hayden might actually believe her and leave me.

"I did no..'' i wasn't able to finish what I was going to say because Hayden spoke.

"Nah mommy your a big girl you can take care of your self. Daddy I'm hungry" She said hugging me. Nessa looked at us in disbelief and I just stick my tongue out to Nessa and carried Hayden.

"what does my peanut want to eat?" I asked leaving the room. I noticed Nessa didn't follow so I went back in and grabbed her hand and kissed it before we all headed down the kitchen.

"I want ice cream and tons of chocolate!" Hayden said

I looked at Nessa and she sternly shook her head no

"I'm sorry peanut but now we have to eat something not related to sweets what so ever we can have that later this afternoon, how about you choose between pancakes and waffles.'' I said

"but those are sweet as well. She pouted" I can't say no to her soooo I just said the next best thing to say to any child.

"How about this ill make you a pancake ad ill put some chocolate in it then as your toppings well put vanilla ice cream and chocolate sprinkles? what do you say?" I asked
