Kororith Kingdom (world building)

The Kingdom of Kororith is a human dominated capital city located in the northern part of the world, where snow is always present yet not too cold to make it uninhabitable. The kingdom tries to isolate itself from the outside world, but that doesn't stop adventures from coming into the capital, thou if the visitor or even a citizen of the empire isn't human or an elf, they are instantly treated as second class citizens and can barely purchase a house.

The kingdom is ruled by the Kororith Family, the head being Gawain Kororith the IV. His wife is sadly deceased leaving him with two children, Gawain the V, the oldest and heir to the throne. Eliza Kororith, the youngest and only daughter of the king.

Districts:

High District

This is where the royal family and higher ranking nobles live. The stone is pristine white and the sun always shines down on the wealthy families of the Kingdom. The water is far warmer here than any other district, an added bonus to those of wealth. Also home to the magical school for gifted children, in order to teach younglings who have incredible magic in their blood.

Silver District

A place where the lower ranking nobles and wealthy commoners reside. Filled with shops with bits and bobs, many children often beg their parents too take them here to smell the food and hopefully get something. Elves are more likely than not to be located in this district.

Pile District

This district was once the common district, but to help with the spacing of districts so the capital can hold more residence, many houses were merged on top of one another. Families of common birth can be located here, though the common folk treat one another as family for they share the same living space.

Work district.

If one wishes to find hard work, this is the place. Jobs ranging from harbor master to smithing can be found here. The men and women work day and night in warm climates and cold water that could freeze lizardfolk with one touch. Dwarves are usually the overseers on high maintenance work, the Kingdom not denying the fact Dwarves are better for working experiments, paying the small people with housing, food, and beer.

Poor district.

Do not be deceived by appearances, this district is by far the poorest. These housings are mandatory for the workers of the Work District. The houses are only meant to keep the people warm, not happy. The only residence one could find here are either poor families, humanoids or other species passing through and renting a room for the night, the guards who maintain watch over the district, or the orphans of a church nearby filled with a diversity of children who somehow seem happy with what they got. But any person who resides here is more than likely willing to do anything if it means they can put food on the table.

Hope you enjoyed this, I know I sure have, a kingdom with snow is by far my favorite setting and theme. Been looking at more of the characters you guys released to me, and two, maybe three are drow and if you know drow society.......well, I can see why you like them.

But to be more clear on the character thing, I'll accept any race you can think of, HELL, I'll even do a mind Flayer for you few who find them attractive.
