Mina: Guys, I can't stop thinking about what we did to Deku. It's been eating me up inside. We were supposed to be a team, and we betrayed him when he needed us the most.

Ochaco: I miss him so much. He was always there for us, and we let him down. We didn't even give him a chance to explain himself.

Todoroki: I should have never believed the news. He was my best friend and I betrayed him just like that.

Iida: I should have taken a more balanced approach. I let my sense of responsibility and justice cloud my judgment.

Tsuyu: Deku never held grudges against anyone. He always believed in the good in people. And we... we hurt him.

The room fell into a heavy silence, each student reflecting on their actions. They had betrayed their friend, their classmate, and their hero. They had let fear and uncertainty guide their decisions instead of trust and unity.

Nezu's office

In the somber ambiance of the UA staff room, a palpable air of regret enveloped the gathered teachers. The recent departure of Izuku Midoriya had cast a shadow over the prestigious hero academy. As they convened to discuss ways to find their once-promising student and extend apologies for perceived betrayals, the gravity of the situation was evident on their faces.

Nezu: It's disheartening to see one of our own leave under such circumstances. We need to find Midoriya and rectify whatever mistakes we may have made.

Aizawa: We let him down. He trusted us, and we failed him. Our first priority is locating him, but we can't ignore the fact that we owe him an apology.

All Might: Midoriya deserves to know that we acknowledge our shortcomings. We have to find a way to make amends.

Cementos: Maybe we should have a direct conversation with him. Find out exactly what went wrong from his perspective. It's not just about finding him physically; we need to bridge the emotional gap too.

Snipe: We should also consider involving professional counselors. Midoriya might need someone to talk to who isn't directly involved in heroics.

Aizawa: We can use our connections in the hero world to discreetly gather information. Hero agencies, pro heroes, anyone who might have seen or heard from him.

Nezu: Let's leverage our technological resources. Surveillance footage, communication networks – we can piece together his movements and trace his steps. Efficiency is key.

As the ideas flowed, the consensus emerged that finding Midoriya and offering heartfelt apologies required a multifaceted approach. The staff acknowledged the gravity of the situation and the need for both action and introspection.

Aizawa: We need to prove to him that we're genuinely sorry and willing to change. Actions speak louder than words. Let's find Midoriya, not just to bring him back to U.A., but to show him that we're committed to being better mentors and allies.

The UA staff left the room with a shared determination to locate Izuku Midoriya, apologize sincerely, and rebuild the trust that had been fractured. It was a journey of redemption, and the first step was acknowledging their mistakes and committing to a path of improvement.

Izuku POV

Izuku: What is this "world" about?

Akihiko: Well it's a world filled with magic, monsters, and powerful individuals. Skills are typically gained through specific actions, experiences, or events in the lives of individuals. For example, defeating a powerful monster, mastering a particular type of magic, or displaying exceptional proficiency in a certain skill might lead to the acquisition of a new skill. Skills come in a wide variety, ranging from combat-oriented abilities to passive enhancements and utility skills.

Izuku: What type of skills are there?

Akihiko: There are -
Intrinsic Skills- are skills inherent to the physiology of the user, typically obtained from birth or through evolution. These skills can be broadly split into three different categories, these being Species-Specific Intrinsic Skills , Bloodline-Specific Intrinsic Skills, and Individual-Specific Intrinsic Skills.

Common Skills  are the most basic level of skills. They are typically limited to only a single effect without much flexibility, making them easy to master in exchange for a lack of versatility.

Extra Skills  are a step above common skills in terms of power and versatility. They are the highest level of skill that can be obtained through effort and come in a wide variety of different powers.

Unique Skills  are special skills, typically only born from the strong emotions and desires of equally strong beings. Each one is unique to the user, acting as a reflection of their mind. Unlike common and extra skills, they can change as the user grows and matures.

Ultimate Skills  are the highest level of skills, capable of rewriting the very laws of the world itself. They run on principles on a higher level than magic and make the user immune to lesser abilities under most circumstances

Izuku: There are soo many. What skills do i have?

Akihiko: How am i supposed to know?

Izuku: Oh yea my bad.

(Class 1-A  POV [before timeskip])

UA High School, faculty room. Class 1-A and the UA teachers are gathered, discussing strategies to locate Deku.

Aizawa: Alright, let's focus. We need to come up with a plan to find Midoriya.

Midnight: Agreed. We can't afford to waste any time.

All Might: (concerned) Do we have any leads on where he might be?

Kirishima: Not yet, but we're working on it. We could use all the help we can get.

Aizawa: We'll need to mobilize all our resources. Hound Dog, can you coordinate with the local authorities to see if there have been any sightings of Midoriya?

Hound Dog: Of course, Eraser Head. I'll get on it right away.

Present Mic: Maybe we should also reach out to other hero agencies. Midoriya might have sought refuge with a fellow hero.

Midnight: That's a good idea. We'll divide the list of agencies among ourselves and start making calls.

All Might: Meanwhile, Class 1-A, I want you to continue searching the areas where Midoriya was last seen. Look for any clues or signs of his whereabouts.

Bakugo: (nodding) Got it. We won't let you down, All Might.

Uraraka: What about using our quirks to track him down? Maybe Tsuyu and Tokoyami could use their abilities to cover more ground.

Aizawa: Good thinking, Uraraka. Utilize your quirks to the fullest extent, but remember to prioritize safety.

Tokoyami: Understood, sensei. We'll do our best.

Aizawa: (addressing the class) And remember, Midoriya is likely feeling overwhelmed and may not want to be found. Approach with caution and empathy.

Midnight: Alright, let's get to work. Time is of the essence.

The teachers and students nod in agreement, determined to bring Deku back home safely.
