It was a cloudy Tuesday...
When Khloe arrived at school, she went to get her books from her locker, sat down in class while waiting for her friends. Sophie ran into the class because it was one minute to assembly time
"Where's Feddy? isn't he in school yet?" Sophie asked breathlessly
"Nah, didn't you see him at the gate? maybe he'll come when assembly's over." Khloe shrugged and got up preparing to go for assembly
Sophie dropped her bag and followed Khloe to the pavilion
"Good morning students"
The students replied and the teacher instructed one of the senior students to lead them in praises and prayers. After the prayers, the students were reminded about the school ethics and were allowed to go back to class.
Immediately they entered into the class, they saw a new face and were surprised.
"who are you? did you step into the wrong class?" Prince asked him smilingly
"I am a new student" he answered coolly
"ok....nice to meet you, I'm Prince, the most handsome boy in SS3 class" Prince smiled and proceeded for a handshake
It was a brief handshake and almost all the students rolled their eyes because of Prince's faked gentlemanly behavior
Suddenly an acidic voice sounded "what's up with Quintessential these days? they've been admitting new students lately. First it was the so called Ice Queen or Ice goddess, now it's an unknown Mister...." some students started murmuring immediately Natasha finished talking
"Are you being bitter or what? is it because your cousin was refused admission due to her poor performance or is there something you aren't telling us?" Sophie replied and eyes Natasha provocatively
"Tsk tsk" some groups of students burst into laughter while the others continued whispering
The further mathematics teacher walked into the class the next minute and they settled down
"Good morning students"
The students greeted the teacher and he turned to the board to write down that day's topic which read 'Differentiation'
He was explaining to the students when another teacher entered into the class and whispered to him. Immediately he cleared his throat and beckoned on the new student to come to the front of the class.
"Handsome lass, what's your name? can you introduce yourself to the class?"
"Good morning class, I'm Samuel Stevens. Nice to meet you all."
He made a slight bow towards the class, turned to look at the teacher who signalled him to go back to his seat.
Then the class continued.
