Readers pov:

I wake up in a.. forest? What the hell.. where even am I.I mean I know im in a forest but which and exactly where? I get up looking around trying to sense if anyone is near or where the end of the forest is. Mmh no one's near..but the exit should be south.I start walking south searching for the end of the forest.I see a light, a.. a car light! I'm almo see out of here.Running towards the light i realize it's not a car light but what seems to be a endless void

Y/n: ehh? What the hell..

I touch the white void and as my hands face the weird void I wake up.. It was just a dream, so much for "freedom". The clock chimes for breakfast, i get out of my bed rubbing my eyes and putting on my plain white dress uniform and white socks , it's kinda like a hospital gown but more uncomfy. I wash my hands and brush my hair with my fingers because we're not allowed to have BRUSHES, they're taking "baby proof" a whole new level. I exit my room walking to the cafeteria ,still think about the dream I just had.

Kaede: Y/N OVER HERE!!

Looking around I see Kaede waving her arms around signing me to go over there, whose with her? Mmh three boys and another girl I don't know, just gonna hope they are nice.

Kaede: HII Y/N HOW ARE YOU? OH OH SORRY LET ME INTRODUCES YOU TO MY OTHER FRIENDS!

Other friends..I shouldn't be mad, she's the only friend I got but maybe I can make new ones..? I mean I have been here for around 8 years and made a few friends over that time.

Kaede: okay so right next to me is "1037" or real name is Reko, he's 16 years old and was place in here when he was 14.

Reko: Nice to meet you! Also over here this is my twin brother "1038" or you Reiji, he's the same age as me and was placed in here the same time as me.

Reiji: hey, Y/n right? I think I've seen you around the lab.

Y/n: oh yeah..! I think I've seen you around too.

Kaede: alright, alright let me show introduce you to I right besides, "8149" her name is Jasmine she's 17 and was placed in here at age 13.Right next to Jasmine is "3143" and his name is Alan, he's 15 and was placed in here when he was 8.Also! Oh and guys this is "101" or known as Y/n shes 14 years old and was placed in here when she was 6.

Jasmine: I love your name, it sounds really pretty.

Y/n: oh uhh thank you!

Alan: (bc mumbles) you can take a seat next to me I guess, ehh nice to meet you though.

I take a seat text to Alan who has is head down like he is sleeping or tired, we wait until the line opens to get out breakfast.I don't even have a appetite to eat right now so I cross my arms and put my head on my hand.

5 minutes or later the speaker turns on telling us the lines are open, i decide not to go, im to tired. I zone out think about escape, thinking about the dream I had. As the rest of the table starts talking, I think about the truck and how today will be the only chance I have to escape, The truck should come really soon, in 5-7 minutes.. I decided todays the day. I snap out of my zone and notice Alan is looking at me.

Alan: zoning out hey?

Y/n: huh..oh uh sorry yeah just.. just thinking

Alan: thinking.. about?

Y/n: umm.. just thinking what life would be like if I ever escaped..

Alan: your gonna try to escape today right?

How the hell did he know? I mean.. never mind it was obvious if you have brain cells.

Y/n: ... yeah, in 3-5 minutes the truck is coming I'm escaping then.

Alan: I can help

Y/n: huh? You barely know me why..why do you wanna help me.?

Alan's pov:

Y/n: huh? You barely know me why..why do you wanna help me.?

Y/n's say, I could tell she wanted to escape, not only that but her aura just feels empty.. I feel like I've seen this type of aura, I feel like I know her from somewhere..that's why I wanna help her. She reminds me of someone I once knew before I was put in here.But I'm not gonna say that!

Alan: I Just thought you looked kind and I wanna help you i guess..

Y/n: okay... but how?

Alan: I'll create a illusion for the scientist + guards as you escape if anything happens use your power no matter, I've seen you and I know you hate hurting people..at least that's what Kaede told me, But NO matter what defend yourself this once please,go to the restroom as I create the illusion.

Y/n: you know if we use our abilities to escape or trick them, THEY  will find out and potentially torture you for days right..?

Alan: yes I know..but I'm willing to take that risk

For you..I know where I felt her aura from...she reminds me of my childhood bestfriend who went missing when she turned 6..it has to be her.

Y/n's pov:

I have no idea if this is going to work,and this is going to fast I can't focus.As I'm leaving to the restroom I see the gate and doors opening for the truck, I look over to Alan as he signals to me.I walk over to the gate realizing to guards are distracted by something else, I run out as finally someone notices
Trying to attack me and shock me.

Guard 1: HEY GET BACK GER, CALL FOR BACKUP WE GOT A RUNNER

Guard 2: COME ON BOYS GET HER

As I'm running for the gate I see Kaede on the corner of my eye,I see scientist scolding everyone for MY  wrong doing.. I can't help but feel bad and even worse for not saying bye to Kaede.I making eye contact with Kaede I see her proud but also upset in her eyes, she signs me to keep running,and so that's what I do, I run until a guard catches up and pins me down.Shit.

I really didn't wanna use my ability but they are shocking me and trying to give me shots and drxg me.My body tenses up as i charge it up with my ability, a empty void fills the area all I can see is the guard pinning me down and a endless black void, o raise my hands to the guards shoulders and once u touch him he evaporates into ashes. I get up and we're gonna go get walk as the sky comes back to the area.I can hear the other guards scream at the blood on the ground and the guards ashes underneath them. Idiots gives me more time to get away.

the next night comes and I can't stop but feel guilty for leaving Kaede and Alan, even if I didn't know Alan that well I still wonder what the REAL  reason as to why he helped, I could tell by his aura.Still I walk until major deja vu hits me..this was the same place my dream took place again just like my dream I closed my eyes searching for the exit.. south? Just like how my dream was. I start walking south just like I did in my dream and once again I see a light a car light, but instead of the light ending up being a white void it's a actual car.. I made it out the forest!
