When shogi turns out to be a love game

Part 1, the new kid

You are a transfer student from America starting your first day of school in Japan. There were a lot of choices of what school you wanted to go to but you finally chose rakuzan. Being the new kid in school was hard, you knew that cause you moved around a lot as a kid. Walking up to the building you saw all these people handing fliers for clubs and after school activities. You were not really interested in a lot of the stuff except one club, the shogi club. You gladly excepted one of there fliers and signed up, you used to visit your grandmother who lived in Japan so you used to play shogi with her all the time. You were pretty good at it and knew how to play at least. Little did you know you signed up for the competitive shogi matches instead of the regular after school ones. Classes were boring and people didnt talk to you much. On your third day you met a girl who became your best friend. Her name was Daisho mitsuko. She was caring and sweet and she wasn't one of those people who would stab u in the back.
Daisho's pov
I met a new friend today he just moved here from America. His name was (c/n). He had sparkling (e/c) eyes that would sparkle when ever he talked. I noticed he was terrible with talking to girls so I kind of found out on my own. Little did he know that he was also speaking to the shogi coach.
Your pov
It was 1:54 in the after noon and it was almost time for my first shogi meet up. I noticed this one guy who sat near the window and that barely anyone talked to. He had hot red hair and heterochromatin eyes with one being red and the other a devilish yellow. You could tell he was super smart but you didn't know why people were afraid of him but he gave off a very intimidating aura. You didn't know him or speak to him but you kind of had a crush on him. You asked Daisho about him and she said his name was Akashi Seijuro. She said I should stay away from him if I knew what was good for me but i still thought he might be a nice person.
