Harmony's POV
Shit!shit!shit!
I was late for my job interviews.
I woke up went straight to the bathroom to get ready.
I was 15 minutes late.well done Harmony.

I was in front of the building.I fixed myself and saw myself in.
The building was busy and had a lot of people.I thought to myself why they wanted more workers because I had seen a lot of people working.

I didn't know which way to go.
"Excuse me "a voice said.
I turned around to be met with a very beautiful woman.She had black long hair,green eyes and wore a very tight black dress.

"Excuse me ma'am"she said again.
"Yes"I replied.
"How do I help you?"
"Well,I'm here for interviews and I think I don't know my way" I said.
"Right this way"

"So you can go in,the boss will be with you in a few minutes "
"Thank you " I simply said and she left.
I stood in the office waiting when the door opened.
I couldn't believe my eyes.there was a very handsome man standing in front of me with a very big smile on his face.

"Hi sir I'm Harmony I'm here for my interviews"I said.
"Well I believe you are Ms Coleman,first of all I'm not a Mr I'm Ms Thorpe and secondly you are hired,work starts at 8 Am and therefore you need to report by 7:50 you may leave,and yes start tomorrow and be early "she said.
"But.."
"Your questions will be answered some day,if you excuse me "

I left the office and found my best friend Caroline making food.
"Hey girl! How did it go?"she asked.
"Well you won't believe what just happened "
"Tell me about it "

I told my best friend about everything and she was as shocked as I was.
We had dinner she left and I went to my room.
"Sam,I miss you I wish you were here with me I know you have grown so much and I wish I could tell you that I got a job at the biggest company in the country"I missed my little sister and I hoped she ate and was doing fine.

The morning came too quickly.I had to report for work.Surprisingly I got at the office early and it was so quiet.
"Excuse me!" I called Ms Thorpe's secretary.
"The boss wants you in her office "she said and left.

I was greeted by my boss's smiley face upon entering her office.
"Ms Coleman I need you to to be ready by seven pm today I'll send the driver to pick you up by six fifty,and yes it's not a request it's an order,you may leave "
"But Ms I have..."I was cut.
"I said it's an order Ms Coleman you can leave and be ready on time"she said.

I couldn't believe her,she first hired me without interviewing me and secondly she asked me to go on a date with her.
"What a bossy bitch!"
"Calm down Harmony,I'm sure your boss likes you"my best friend said.
"Are you kidding me right now?There is no way "I said.
"What do you think Harmony?she first hired you without even knowing anything about you and now she's taking you on a date,who knows she might ask you to marry her next"she concluded.
"Just keep quiet if you have nothing to say"
"Alright now you are ready to go,remember don't say anything unless you are talked to and secondly do not look straight into her eyes "
"Alright I hear you "
"Go now the driver is waiting "
"Bye bitch"I said and pecked her.

"We are here Ms "the driver said.
"Thank you sir"
"Call me Alfred"
"Alright Alfred"
"She's waiting for you inside"
"Thanks again"

The resort seemed expensive and well organized.
"Excuse me ma'am"a voice said.
"I'm here for Ms Thorpe"
"Right this way"
"After you"I said.

And there she was,in a black tuxedo.
I loved her appearance.
"Thanks for coming "she said.
"It's nothing "
"Let's eat before the food gets cold "

We ate in silence.
"You should take me home it's really getting late,my mom will be home any minute from now "I said.
"Alright it's not a problem,I'll call Alfred"
"Thank you for.....what the fuck?"

Someone spilled wine on me.
Just wow I was now wet.
"Can't you see where you are going?"I asked.
"I'm so sorry Ms...oh baby I didn't know that you would be here on a date with someone,I'm sorry for ruining your date"the lady said.
"What did you just do Issah?"Ms Thorpe asked.
"I'm sorry I didn't see her and who's she?"she asked.
"Well this is Ms Coleman my personal assistant,and Ms Coleman this is Issah my fiancé "she said.
"Since when did you start taking your employees on dates baby?"
"That's not necessary,I wanted to know more about her since I just hired her"
"Excuse me I must go"I said.
"I'll take you home"

So she had a fiancé and she decided to take me on a date?
What was it all about?
Why did she do that?
What was her motive behind it?
Was my best friend right?
