Chapter 10: Purge, Day 1

Amelia walked through the halls, thinking of doing the most gruesome and devious things to Oliver. Right when she got halfway, she saw Lily sprinting out with a gun. Lily points it at her head and Amelia gives a worried look.

"Listen", Lily said. In a few seconds, the announcements on the loud speaker played. After it finished, Amelia starting sweating. "Your not serious...", said Amelia. She started to believe it when hearing the horrific screams. She quickly ran to the bathroom and hid in the farthest stall, with the faulty lock. She sits down and hopes that it'll all be okay. She hears gun shots, and the door being kicked open. They shoot all the locks, and the doors all fall down. The last door is about to be shot, with her in it.

Oliver ran out of the building to hopefully find Amelia. Right when he got halfway through the hallway, he felt like he was being watched. By a person, maybe trying to kill him. He looked around until he noticed a set of hair peaking through a wall, staring at him.

Oliver noticed some sort of plastic knife in their hand, most likely from the cafeteria. Lucky, he had a metal water bottle in his arms. Despite it being annoying to be carried around, he lifted it above his shoulder, and got ready to bash someone's head.

He sprinted towards them. But in a blink of an eye, they disappeared. He decided to check the bathroom stalls, to see if he can remove the locks and use it on another door. He checked the boys bathroom, and found a single working lock, that wasn't able to be taken off. He was a little iffy walking into the girls bathroom, but grabbed the knob to see what was inside.

He grinned the sticky knob and pulled it towards him, revealing all the doors broken on the ground. He walked in to see a short girl named Kaydence, who had been always made fun of for her height, and usually stayed quite. She was holding what looked like a sharp bottle, with the top part of it broken off.

Oliver grabbed her neck from behind and slammed her to the ground, he picked up her head up and down, bashing it to the tiles. Every time it gets slammed up and down, a bigger, and bigger splat of blood lands on the ground.

A girl appears behind him and gives him notice that he had received his kill, and she sprints out of the bathroom. They go to their ELA classroom to try to block the entrance. They found it and no one was in it. They walked in and set up desks to block the door, the windows, and used a group of desks to make a little sitting area

Amelia then stuttered, "Wait! I haven't- ya know..." Oliver says, "it's okay, grab something and we can go out." We search the hallways, the bathrooms, and still no one. That was until they saw two kids, James and Mason. James would make fun of him for liking Amelia and was on his list.

"Mason, help us kill someone and we will all get a kill.", Oliver said. "Yap yap alright, but like who?" Mason said slightly concerned. Amelia threw a glass part from a picture frame at James head. It started to bleed. Mason then started to bite his ankles, because James was pretty tall. Oliver punched his dick so hard, his balls got dislodged up his stomach.

Amelia snapped his neck a one 180, and with Masons help caused an entire 360. Right when they were about to attack him more, a taller girl appeared, seeming to wear a black mask. She said that Mason and Amelia got their kill, and gave Oliver pepper spray and packed meals. The meals included kool-aid, rolls, beans, and some weird meat.

They showed Mason their hideout and since it was around 10:00 PM, they used sheets for padding. Their was only 1 sheet, so they had to improvise. "Mason, we saved your butts so go keep watch. Take the pepper spray, but give it back in the morning.", said Oliver. "You guys aren't go-", Mason said, but got caught off by Amelia.

"This is a life or death situation, you think I care?", said Amelia. Mason "shut his yap trapper" and watched guard. He mumbled something like "I ain't doing this tomorrow, see how they like it." Amelia wrapped her arms around Oliver, and fell asleep, despite the few sheets and the murderous school.
