Chapter 5 ~ Run

I had finally gotten rid of them.

Rosette and Kabuto started to chase after me at first, but they came about a metre in when they realised that it was futile.

I had to be alone; to think things through. After fifteen minutes, I had come to a conclusion. This wasn't real. I would wake up in a couple of minutes just to be in my bed in Konoha.

When I didn't wake up, I started to panic. "If it weren't for me, you'd be dead..." Orochimaru's words played around in my mind; he was messing with my conscious again. I was very tired. My head was spinning - and then I realised the truth.

I was made for destruction. I am not a human being... rather, a killing machine that feeds on death and fear. My clan... I was separated from them years ago... Then suddenly, it all washed back into me.
