Sighs of relief leaving the members mouths and tired bodies as they all stood by the monitor, watching the new mv that took place as their first ever christmas single of the year 2023, not as a subunit but as a whole group.

Jaehyun was excited to film this mv as it was to him, his favourite set, lyrics and dance and he was sure the fans would enjoy it just as much as he does. He likes the way he gets his own time, his own vocal and slight rap parts while also singing in the chorus. Though jaehyun did not only like the song for this reason, no! He likes it for something else more like someone else.

It was haechan.

He thought haechan shone through this comeback, the way the younger looked, the way the younger had his beautiful vocals on display for everyone to hear them and praise him, the way the younger can just do the choreography smoothly yet have his own vibe to it, though jaehyun thought everyone else just shined the way haechan did.

Haechan however, had his eyes on jaehyun and not for the good kind. Sure, jaehyun was handsome, has the vocals that could make anyone fall for but the one thing that made haechan's blood boil was the fact with how close jaehyun appeared with everyone especially with taeyong.

The way jaehyun looks, talks and acts with taeyong, the way taeyong would laugh at anything jaehyun ways made haechan have a feel of jealousy rage inside him. He wanted to be that person to be beside jaehyun, wants to make him laugh just to see his dimples and beautiful teeth, wants to be able to be as close as he could just like taeyong.

"We can finally go home!"

Yuta yelled out happily as his blonde like hair bounced when he jumped in his spot like a kid in a candy store, jungwoo and Johnny agreeing as the said trio, joined hands and jumped in a circle.

Doyoung, taeil and mark just looked at them, watching how weird the trio looked- almost like they were summoning something.

"Let's go guys"

Taeyong spoke as jaehyun agreed and walked with him side by side, haechan though walked at the back just watch the way jaehyun acts around taeyong, way to close. Too close for his likings.

Soon enough, they all got in the team car and drove back to their dorms. Johnny, yuta and jungwoo immediately ran to the playstation by the tv, doyoung and taeil went to the kitchen, mark just stood by the sofa watching the trio by the tv with taeyong and jaehyun made his way to his own room, haechan noticing and it was the perfect time.

Walking inside the olders room, he looks around seeing jaehyun not in sight though the shower running sounds caught his ears as he smirked slightly. He then walked in and closed the door before making his way to jaehyun's bed where he sat down by the edge of it, patiently waiting until jaehyun was done his shower.

Haechan couldn't wait until jaehyun walks out with that toned and slim body of his, those abs that look like delicious bread that he wants to lick, the way his hair drips down his body- he couldn't wait!

"Jesus- haechan!"
