Sei x Kanon [!Coffee!]

Takes place in the winter. This is outside of the killing game. Beware of possible cringeness. Sorry if they're out of character.

Kanon and Sei had been dating for a few months now in this. They didn't have any toxic things happen.

It was an earlish late and cold morning in the winter, the morning sun shining in through the window and through the curtains. The first to wake up was Kanon.
(I'll be saying they share a bed cause they're comfortable enough).

Kanon just sat up on the bed, staring down at the blanket covering her legs as she tried to fully wake up before getting up. Her gaze dropped over to Sei, who was still asleep beside her. Kanon smiled a bit, being pretty happy how she woke up next to the girl she loved.

Kanon looked over at the clock on the mini table beside the bed for the time, and it displayed 10:24am. She wanted to wake Sei up, but she didn't wanna bother her at the moment and decided to wake her up if she was still asleep till 12 pm.

Kanon got up from the bed, carefully not to wake any movement, but to her being unaware, Sei held held by the hand in her sleep, pulling a (pretty cringe) move and pulling Kanon back down, hugging her in her 'sleep'. Kanon was taken by surprise, but she didn't show it.

"Sei, if you're awake, you don't have to pretend to be asleep." Kanon spoke up, her words coming off slightly blunt. Sei let out a tired and slightly quiet sigh, holding Kanon close to her. "Then you'd s-say we have to get up.. Can't we stay like this for a little?..." She asked Kanon, opening her eyes a bit to look at Kanon, to which Kanon found sort of adorable, but didn't want to stare back so she glanced away before speaking up.

"Sei, we can't just stay in bed. We can lay like this later.." Sei only let out a sigh, knowing Kanon was sort of right. She just wanted to lay in bed longer, at least with Kanon. "Okay, okay.." Sei said back, letting go of Kanon, who sat up not a second after.

Sei didn't want to get up. She wanted to continue laying there, but she managed to push herself up to sit. "C-could I at least stay here..? At least f-for a few minutes..?" She asked Kanon, hoping for the answer she'd want to get.

"Alright, but don't stay in bed for too long, alright?" Kanon asked, looking over at Sei, who nodded her head for a yes. Kanon walked over over to Sei's side of the bed, giving her a light forehead kiss before turning around and walking to the door, leaving the room.

As much as Sei was comfortable with kisses from Kanon at times, she couldn't help but get flustered, her cheeks becoming a light shade of pink/red, but it quickly went away. She didn't move from her spot that she was sitting in for a couple of minutes, by couple I mean a 5 at least, before deciding to get up.

She grabbed her clothes and changed into them before leaving the room, too. She walked down the hallway and into the living room, where Kanon was, doing whatever she would possibly do.

"So, uhm.. Are there any plans for today..?" Sei awkwardly asked, hoping to strike a conversation. Kanon seemed to think for a moment, but speaking up a minute after.

"We could go get some coffee? That would seem nice and I'm sure that the coffee shop not far is open at this hour." Kanon said, looking over at Sei for her response.
"Y-yeah, we could head over to it..!" Sei responded, slightly happy to know she'll be with Kanon for today, like that doesn't happen other days with her.

"Well then, we can go over there right now if you're fine with going now." Kanon said, only for Sei to nod back for an 'okay'. Kanon and Sei got put on some warmer clothes, some jackets, scars, whatever else to keep them warm for the cold morning hour. Once they were ready, they let their house and walked down the street towards the coffee shop. As they walked together, Kanon couldn't help but ask. "Could I hold your hand? I'll understand if you don't want to.". Kanon purposely asked since she knew Sei wasn't a huge fan of PDA. Sei thought about it for a little while, then said back. "S-sure, I won't mind if y-you do..". To which Kanon grabbed Sei's glove and gently held it in a light grip while talking about a few things there and there until reaching the coffee shop.

The two of them walked inside, Sei stood behind Kanon, or more of behind her than beside while Kanon ordered, then the coffee's they both would have wanted. After waiting for a couple of minutes, they got their coffee's and left the coffee stores, walking down to the park since they didn't just want to get back home so fast.

After they had reached the park, it was surprisingly pretty empty and quiet, the sun glimmering from the sky, the clouds slowly moving across the sky, snow covering surfaces of the park. The two girls walked over to a bench, brushing off any snow with their jacket sleeves as they sat down, still holding hands while using their free hand to drink the coffee's.

"The view is really pretty, don't you think so..?" Sei spoke up, trying to break the silence between them as she looked over at Kanon with a small smile on her face. Kanon looked back over at Sei, giving a small smile too as she responded.

"You aren't wrong.. The view sure is beautiful here. I would make a cheesy comment on how you're more beautiful, but that's probably unnecessary." Kanon chuckled a little, her voice slightly muffled from the cold blocking her nose up a little. Sei let a small giggle, too, wing pretty happy to get to her own time over with Kanon than someone else.

They fell back to silence but remained looking at each other. But the silence was broken again. "This may or may not sound like some romantic book.. B-but could we... You know....K-kiss...?" Sei asked, clearly nervously about kissing Kanon out in public. Kanon gave a small giggle, nodding her head for a yes.

Kanon let go of Sei's hand, placing it over to her shoulder and slightly leaning to her. Sei, who already has kissed Kanon, still gets nervous about it but she tried to brain up.
But before they kissed, Kanon notice Sei's nervous expression as she started to giggle quietly. Which confused Sei.

"W-why are you giggle..?" Sei asked Kanon, still confused but nervous, thinking she did something stupid, but then Kanon spoke up.

"You're too cute. It's hard not to find your reactions adorable." And with that, Kanon gently pulled Sei to herself, placing a kiss to Sei's lips but pulling away quickly, leaving Sei with a almost red/pink face while Kanon just had a playful grin on her face.

Finally finished!! Wattpad had been closing my app whenever I had this entire thing written, homophobia what do I tell ya... anyways some Konota content, tmrw I'll be doing other 2 ships cause it's 6:31 am..
