For as long as humans have been around, children have always dreaded going to school. Any grade a child would not want to attend and do anything else. Preschool to 5th grade children love going to school and have fun, but once they enter 6th grade, all that fun goes away.

What made it worse was group interactions. Teachers in past grades encourage students to make friends or at least get comfortable with others in the classroom. Not everyone is cut out to communicate with others. Especially, if the teacher is too hyper about the whole topic and the class is in the morning.

Physical fitness, history and math are classes that students hate having to go to in the beginning of the day also when it's the first day of school. There wasn't any negativity when others had to take a English class in the morning.

"Good morning, everyone. I'm Mrs. Atwood, your English teacher for the year. I am looking forward to getting to know each and every one of you." Mrs. Atwood definitely looked like she was the type of person to get up at 6 am to do a workout. She had tan skin looked about 5 ft 6. Her hair was light brown, shoulder length, wore light brown pants, with a white undershirt and small cardigan.

"Unfortunately, in this class, you are going to be in assigned seats." Right away, nearly all the students groaned with annoyance.

"I know, I know. But you all will understand why I am doing this later on. Now gather your stuff and be ready when I call your name." As Mrs. Atwood picked up her clipboard everyone picked up their supplies and backpacks.

After three groups, Mrs. Atwood mentioned a group of three. "Next is Sophia Embry, Judah Winslet, and Zach Marlow. Table 4."

They didn't have to say anything to show how annoyed they were about this decision. Zach didn't mind being in permanent groups, as he walked to the table he noticed the other members didn't have the same energy as him. Judah wanted to stay hidden and away from any interaction with anyone there, and Sophia just hoped these people wouldn't make one person do all the work, ie her.

She sat in the seat further into the corner with Zach sitting on the same side as her. Meanwhile, Judah sat on the other side of the table.

"I hope that is everyone. Now introduce and share some cool things about yourselves."

Immediately, groups around the three started chatting, while they kept quiet. Sophia noticed that they were the only ones who weren't talking as much.

Thankfully, Zach was the first to speak up. "Well, as you heard, my name is Zach Marlow. I'm 12 years old. I have a older sister and she is 21. I moved here when I was 5 from Chicago. I play tennis and golf."

"Uh Hi. I'm Judah. I'm 12. I was born and raised here. I do have a older sister. She's 19. I like programming and coding, also running."

"Um, My name is Sophia. I'm also 12. I was born in a small city called Frostburgh then moved here when I was 8. I actually have two sisters. One is older and she is 28 and the other is 11. I like writing, reading, biking, basketball."

"You thinking about joining the team here?" Zach asked.

Sophia shrugged. "Yeah, but if I don't then its fine. I do like playing it for fun."

Zach then looked at Judah. "Judah, what do you do when you program?"

He shrugged while as laid back on his seat. "I make simple functions and data structures."

"Don't programmers also make video games?" Zach crossed his arms on the table.

"I guess?"

"Have you thought about making video games later on?"
