"Get up." Elena says waking me up, but all I do is groan and turn away from her.
"Come on Oaklyn. You have to get up, we have school." she continues and pulls my blanket of off me.
"I don't want to" I say rolling onto my back looking at her. But all she does is grab both of my hands and pulls me upso I'm sitting now.
"Come on. We have to have one normal day without vampire drama." she says looking at me with a serious face. "Well that's kinda hard considering I'm a vampire." I say getting up and walking into my bathroom.
"You know what I mean," Elena shouts after me " I'll be waiting downstairs for you." she adds before making her way to the living room.
Looking at my phone I see that school starts in 20minutes, so I rush to get ready. After I'm done in the bathroom I do my make up and get dressed.

After I'm done I walk downstairs to meet Elena and Stefan and we leave for school.

Next thing I know is that I'm standing infront of my locker while Stefan and Elena lean onto the ones that are nexts to it.
"Damon hasn't said a word to me. Everytime I try to talk to him, he shuts me down." Stefan says. "Do you think he's still trying to find Katherine?" Elena asks.
"I don't know," Stefan begins, "Has he told you anything Oaklyn?" Stefan asks turning around to me.
"No. Why would he?" I ask.
"Because you are the only person he talks to." Elena replies.
"Well he hasn't."
"He waited 145 years, only to find out that Katherine couldn't care less. I mean that's got to hurt, right?" Stefa says. "And it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy." Elena remarks, causing Stefan to smile and me to laugh a little.
While they continue talking I focus on my phone reading Damons text he just send. After I reply I look up again focusing back on Elena and Sefan "It'd just be nice if we could get through one day without having to deal with any of it. No vampire mother or brother." Elena says.
