Our story continues only into the next day July 4th. Only this time in Gotham City central park. It was a beautiful and sunny day in Gotham City and for once it was actually quite peaceful. We move down and see a family having a nice barbecue. The dad cooked up some hot dogs and took one and placed it on his daughters plate.
*Screaming*
*Yelling*
*Scroom*
The camera panned to show a bunch of people running around trying to get away from something. Suddenly a white beam of ice came out of nowhere and froze anyone who was unfortunate enough to be caught it it's path completely frozen in ice.
*Thud*
The camera panned to a small group of rocks that stood above the family. A female figure then stands on top and stares down at the family. The female is a women with pale skin and light blue hair, she wore a dark blue once piece outfit with a silver snowflake in the middle of her rather impressive D cup chest. This women was Louise Lincoln aka Killer Frost one of the many villainess' taking the name.

Killer Frost: Aw~ Enjoying family time? Shame i never had the luxury
She then aimed her hands at the family and beams of ice shot from her hands and completely froze the family in ice.
Killer Frost: My family have other plans
She then created a slide of ice and slide all the way down it. She then spotted a group of people running away she gained a devious smirk on her face and she raised her hands.
*Shrew*

She quickly turned around and froze multiple shuriken's that were thrown at her.
Killer Frost: Ah Batman i was wondering when you'd show, come out and face me! I'd normally be in Beach city but Ronin's nowhere to be found so you're my next best option
*Childlike laughter*
She scans the area with her palms raised. Suddenly a figure came from behind her and landed on her back. The small figure kicked off her back which caused Killer Frost to land face first in the dirt.
The figure landed on the ground and turned around and threw a couple shuriken's at Killer Frost. She looked up and quickly rolled to the side causing the Shuriken's to miss. She stood up and stared at the figure infront of her. It was a young girl who looked to be about 16 years of age with black hair that went down to her waist. She wore a red outfit with a black secondary. She also wore a black cape that was draped around her shoulders and went down to her thighs. She wore black form fitting pants with black boots. This young heroine was Dina Grayson also known as Robin the sidekick to the famed Batman as seen by the bright yellow "R" on her left breast.
