"Becs, let me see the mix." I wheeled around to see the Sun itself, shining brighter than ever before.
"C-Chloe are you sure y-you want to see it?" I asked still dazed by the waves of smugness coming from my best friend
"Of course I'm sure, do I have something to be worried about?" She raised her eyebrows and smirked at me
"I'm just worried you'll hate me afterward." I gestured toward my laptop, handing her my headphones. She smiled took them, placing them on her head. By the end of the mix her eyes were smiling along with her face. At the end of the mix she placed the headphones on my desk and turned to meet my dark blue gaze.
"Beca, remember the day you woke up with my name and I woke up with your's." I nodded knowing the day well, the day I fell in love
"Well Beca, it was the day I fell in love." Chloe beamed at me, her crystal blues sparkling
I felt my heart sink "With whom?" I cocked my head to the side raising my eyebrows and disguising the pain that coursed through my veins.
