"Okay everyone, tell me. What is Pythagoras's Theorem?" Mika raised her hand up, as usual. "Yes Mika" "a2+b2=c2!" Julie whispered to Charlotte, who obviously wanted to sit next to her, "Confusing isn't it? I don't like Mika that much. She seems to be 'Miss Perfect'". Charlotte laughed, just pretending. She thought that it was a joke.
Then after that, when the students opened their maths books, Mika started writing down immediately and quickly. She handed them to the teacher and she was impressed and said to Mika that she can sit down and read a book. She stared at Charlotte all the way to the book shelf while the teacher was reading some reports and notices that the principal has given to her.
The bell rang again and all of the students rushed to the classroom door, shoving everyone but gave way only to the 'new girl' and 'her friends'. Julie was pretty tall and her best friends were by her side, Charlotte and Gemma. Charlotte had her blonde, wavy hair while Gemma had her straight and soft brown ones. Gemma flicked the brown silk and Julie wrapped hers on her finger. The boys were enchanted by the beautiful ones and soon Charlotte had a boyfriend.
At recess, Mika sat alone in the seats while watching her old best friend hang out with her new love, Liam Xiler. She sighed. "Charlotte never seems to care about me anymore..." She stood up and walked to the bin but tripped over Julie's leg while she was walking too. Her face landed on the hard and rough concrete. Girls crowded around her, not letting Charlotte look. "Look what happened Mika! You should've been more careful!" Gemma pointed out. Another girl said, "Watch where you're going Miss Perfect at Maths!" Then Julie grabbed her Fantastic Fairy Ruler and then added, "Do you like measurement Mika? I bet you do so I'm giving you a few lessons!" She smacked her back with her ruler. "Lesson number one! Always watch where you're going!" She smacked her again. "Lesson number two! Never stand up when you are not told to by Gemma, Sophia and me!"
Now Mika knew who that random girl was, Sophia! "Lesson number three! Shut u-" A teacher came over. "My, my Mika. Not a very good start on the day isn't it?" Mika nodded. "SHE TRIPPED ME OVER AND LOOK!" Julie grabbed her red pen and scribbled all over her arm. "SHE MADE ME HAVE THIS!" "Mika! Detention!"
