It's been two days since the sports festival and I still can't find Doll anywhere. I tried the whole bunker and around the outside of it too. I was walking with Jiro to UA and a bunch of people greeted us. It's the first time that humans outside of UA were nice to me and it's mostly because I got third place. When we got into the classroom everyone was talking about the sports festival and how popular they're getting. Aizawa came into the classroom and it looked like he fully recovered.
Aizawa: Morning.
Everyone: Good morning!
Tsu: Kero? Mr. Aizawa, your bandages are gone, I'm glad.
Aizawa: The old lady went overboard with her treatment. More importantly, we're having a special hero informatics class today.
Y/n mind: Huh?
Aizawa: Code names. You'll be coming up with hero names.
Everyone: We're gonna do something exciting!
Aizawa's eyes glowed red and we got quiet real quick.
Aizawa: This is related to the pro hero draft picks I mentioned the other day. The drafts begin earnest in the second and third years, after students have gained experience and become immediate assets to the pros. In other words, for them to extend offers to first years like you shows that they are interested in your future potential. These offers are often cancelled if that interest dies down by graduation.
Mineta: *hits desk* Adults are so selfish!
Hagakure: So we'll have to prove ourselves once we get picked, huh?
Aizawa: That's right. And here are the totals for those with offers.
He pressed something and a screen turned on showing our names with how many offers we got.
Aizawa: In other years, it's been more spread out, but all eyes were on these three this year.
Kaminari: Gah, there's such a big difference!
Aoyama: *angry* Those pros don't know a good thing when they see one!
Jiro: Y/n's first, Todoroki's second, and Bakugo's third...?
Kaminari: Y/n and Bakugo's placement are opposite from the sports festival.
Sero: Some people are too scared to ask for a guy who had to be restrained on the podium.
Bakugo: *irritated* What're the pros scared of?!
Uraraka: *shakings Iida* We got offers! *turns to Y/n* Y/n, you're amazing! Look at how many offers you got!
Y/n: Thanks, but I'm pretty sure it's because of the Solver program or whatever it is.
Aizawa: Keeping these results in mind, whether or not anyone asked for you, you will be participating with pros.
Midoriya: Internships?
Aizawa: Yeah. At USJ, you already got to experience combat with real villains, but it will still be meaningful training for you to see pros at work first hand.
Y/n: So that's why hero names exist.
Uraraka: Things are suddenly getting a lot more fun!
Aizawa: Well, those hero names are still temporary, but if you're not serious about it...
???: You'll have hell to pay later!
We looked towards the voice and saw Ms. Midnight walking into the classroom.
Midnight: Because a lot of hero names used by students become recognized by society, and they end up becoming professional hero names!
Everyone: Midnight!
