Solver Hero-Episode 12: Run in with the Hero Killer

I was walking with Bubble Girl with my hands in my jacket pocket and I was bored out of my mind.

Y/n: Ugh, this is so boring... Nothing bad is happening...

Bubble Girl: That's a good thing. That means everyone is safe and sound and there are no villains making a ruckus.

Y/n: That's actually a good point... I just wanna do something exciting.

Bubble Girl: Is fighting Sir Nighteye not exciting enough for you?

Y/n: It was at first, but it's not all that fun when you lose every single time and being thrown around like a rag doll. I wanna do something that isn't getting my butt kicked.

Bubble Girl: I'm just impressed that you're going up against him everyday even if you keep losing. I don't think I can do that.

Y/n: Well, after he beats me he gives me some tips on how I can use Absolute Solver better. But, the guy needs to learn how to hold back a little bit.

Bubble Girl: *chuckles* Yeah, maybe. But I think he's not going easy on you because he's really trying to help you the best he can. This is a secret but I actually saw him thinking really hard on how you can control the Absolute Solver program better.

Y/n: *surprised* Really?

Bubble Girl: Yeah, it seemed like he was having a tough time thinking. I mean you can't blame Sir, the program on your system is basically something out of this world.

Y/n: I didn't know he was doing that. Aww, man now I feel bad...

Bubble Girl: Come on, don't feel bad, you couldn't have known. We patrolled enough for today. Let's change gears and head back to the agency. There are a lot more things we have to look through.

Y/n: Alright! I'm gonna give it my all.

Bubble Girl smiles and we started heading back to the agency.

It was night time and we were sitting at a table with stacks of papers, newspapers, files, and two tablets. Nighteye asked us to look into some recent incidents and see whether it was because of villains or if it was just a natural accident. I was exhausted from all the reading and set my head down on the desk while sighing.

Y/n: This stuff is bottomless...

Bubble Girl: What happened to "I'm gonna give it my all"?

Y/n: Bite me!

Bubble Girl: I know looking into crime and accident reports are boring, but this is also hero work that you might have to do in the future.

Y/n: Yeah, I know. How do you deal with all this paperwork?

Bubble Girl: I just think of it as important hero work that has to be done. Also, if we don't report what we found to Sir Nighteye properly we'll get punished for it...

Y/n: Punished? You mean that machine you were handcuffed to the first day I got here?

Bubble Girl: Don't remind me! I don't want to remember!

She puts her hands on her head and I started chuckling. I then saw something out of the corner of my eye and I looked over a report paper that caught my attention. I took the report and started to read it.

Y/n: Shie Hassaikai...?

I saw a picture paper clipped to the report and looked closely at it. The photo was of a man with short brown hair that was wearing a creepy looking mask and I continued reading the report until I figured out who was in the photo.
