"Oh sweetheart.. you're falling for her." He looked at me with a straight face.

"Wait, seriously?"

Gracie had a normal life, sure it had its flaws but she sure wasn't alone about that. She had come back from summer to start her fall semester just like every other year. Except that this year wasn't like every other. This year someone from her past would change everything.

She had just turned 16 when the two new students began at her school, and sure it wasn't usual that two students began at her little school, let alone one. But she didn't mind them much. She had bigger things to focus on. One being her best friend who had gone from being the light in a room to being.. whatever he was now. And her schoolwork, which was a new for her but she was trying. It wasn't that easy though, and especially not when one of the new students made her have a feeling that she never had before.

Basically her plate was full and she had no time for surprises.

I wanted to write this story because there are almost no wlw stories with a happy ending, now the ending might not be as happy as I intended it to be (sorry). I feel like it's really important to show sapphic representation in media and even though it's better than what it has been, it's still not talked about enough.

I started writing this book when I was in a pretty bad point in my life, and not really accepting of my own sexuality. I wanted to at least try to help people understand what that feels like.

I hope you enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed writing it!
