"Would you like something to drink?"

Kaliyah found herself questioning, just as she strolled down the hallway to the kitchen. Asian followed closely behind, rolling her eyes at Kaliyah's offer.

"Nah, I'm good."

She responded with a flat tone. The two made it to the kitchen, Kaliyah picking up her ice pop before deciding to just put it back in the freezer. With Asian being here, she unfortunately lost her appetite for it.

Her stomach was nearly doing flips as she could feel Asian's eyes burning holes into her. Kaliyah always hated confrontation, but she knew at some point it was bound to happen between them.

I mean, Asian slept with my ex, and I'm sleeping with hers.

"Is Von around?"

Asian questioned, her eyes looking up and down the kitchen. Kaliyah let the fridge close shut before finally turning to face her. Asian was now standing a couple feet away, her arms crossed with her car keys aimlessly swinging in hand.

"Yeah, he's around."

Kaliyah spoke sharply, giving Asian a blank stare. Obviously, Von wasn't even in town; but Kaliyah wasn't sure what Asian was up to, or why she wanted to know his whereabouts. She didn't really trust Asian at all.

"Well.. I guess I'll make this quick then since he doesn't really want me near you."

Asian muttered, rolling her eyes. Kaliyah was already aware of Dayvon threatening Asian to stay away from her. It was one of the things that they discussed while in Mexico.

"Basically, I'm trying to figure out what happened between us, Kaliyah. I thought you and I were cool?"

Kaliyah could see the hurt forming in Asian's eyes, which caught her off guard just a little bit. It was clear that Asian did feel sad about the situation, which was an emotion she never really liked to express.

As much as Kaliyah wanted to be mad at her- she knew deep down that she felt more guilty than anything. I mean... this all did stem from Kaliyah kissing Von in the first place.

"Look- Asian I'm sorry..."

Kaliyah began.

"I'm sorry about that night when you caught me and Von kissing on New Year's. I knew exactly how you felt about him, yet I kissed him anyways- and that was pretty fucked up of me to do."
