I'm surprised I didn't do Kokomi, but here she is! I remember when she first came out, everyone called her the worst character in the game.... Just because her damage was bad? Not because of how well she did her role, which is a HEALER and off field Hydro SUPPORT. Yeah I don't get it. Her Chinese VA also got harassed for this so yeah...
But all of a sudden, everyone realized how broke. kokomi is for Freeze teams, especially for Ayaka. Amazing how people quickly switch their tone when they use their brain for once and realize... "GASP. Kokomi was never meant to be a dps!" But anyways, she had a very beautiful design and I feel like she's down bad for the traveler. I mean, she has A diary that states that being around the Traveler restores her Energy. Take that as you will.
