I'm just gonna say this. Personality and design wise, Chiori is now my favorite Inazuma character. Not my favorite Inazuma waifu, but favorite Inazuma character, with Itto, Kazuha, the Kamisatos and Shinobu right behind her. She's so blunt and sassy, I LOVE IT. Also, she knows how to fashion very well. And she dual wields swords that doubles as scissors! Scissor Blades!
Also fun fact! She made the outfits for Navia, Kirara, Lyney, Lynette and Ayaka's second fontaine-styled outfit.
